Massive lineup, not well run. Could have 1 person sorting at entrance and avoid the scale line up if it's not needed. Traffic criss crosses which is not safe. Took 10 minutes just to get in the driveway. St.thomas you can do way better. Maybe you should look at London and fix yours.....

This place is perfect if you have oil or other environmentally dangerous products that need proper disposable

Well laid out, organized, and clean... not worried about getting a flat tire here. Staff is nice, they moved people through quickly. You unload your item yourself. They take all sorts of items, yard waste, construction materials, hazardous material. Costs for some, free for some. Impressive place.

Great service for St. Thomas and surrounding area. Can be a bit of a wait but friendly staff and they will ask for your address and ID.

Good place to take your spring yard waste to get ready for summer which is free and any other garage at a good price and the staff is friendly and helpful

It would be helpful if this place was open Sunday mornings or at least Monday. For the people who work all week, we like to clean and declutter on Saturdays. By the time I get done, the dump is closed and now I have to wait until Tueaday to haul it away! Please change the hours!

Terrible hours, not open on sundays when most people are cleaning out their junk, working on home improvements or cleaning up their yards. Not open Monday so you'll have to wait till Tuesday just to dump garbage from the weekend. No number to ask questions. Staff isn't very knowledgeable about what goes where, are rude and arrogant. Opens way too late and closes way too early for anyone who works normal business hours. Needs a lot of improvement!Update: I went back today and the girl at the booth was a delight, much more friendly and helpful than the last. Changing my stats to 3 from 1 for that. The hours are still ridiculous though and the prices are high.

Terrible hours. Going in Winter is useless, and Summer hours are not much better. If you are a business or a early riser then by 10 am your day is already half done. They only take motor oil on Saturday.They DON'T take cash.....Just go to Green Valley up Highbury. Better hours, better service.

Innefficient layout (only a single scale) plus the reduced hours of just twice a week mean long line ups for the huge area this depot services. The need for everyone check in even if dropping off recycling just makes it worse... I have to spend my saturday waiting i line to clean up a storm felled tree. 😡 .... 4th visit today and the line is even longer. Going to wait for over 30 minutes to get in!!!
