I had a bunch of household and yard junk building up in my driveway for a few months. Atlas scheduled me in for a pick up soon after I called. Two very friendly and polite guys arrived on time (they even called to let me know exactly when they'd arrive). It took about 15 minutes for them to load and sort all of the items and they even scraped up the dirt and debris off of my driveway! The rate was very competitive. They're professional, efficient, reliable, and very friendly. Whenever I call with questions, they're clear and friendly. Whenever I have a pickup, they're on time (if not early, with sufficient warning!), friendly, and quick to get the job done well. A tip to the customer before you read my review:Put your junk in one place, remove from your home if possible, and disassemble if possible because this will save Atlas space, time, and effort, ultimately benefiting both the customer and the company!This is the second time I've used Atlas, and its unfortunate that I wont get a chance to use their service again as I will be moving off the island next week.They have always been kind/ easy to talk to, easy to book with, the receptionist is always kind and patient, the team showed up on time, worked fast and they even remembered me from last visit (Considering it was 2 years ago). The level of professionalism is beyond what you would think for a junk removal company.If you are looking for a company, don't bother going anywhere else, because they wont come close to the level that Atlas is on.I really hope management looks at this because the two gems that helped remove the items, deserve the recognition.Thank you again Atlas, and hope the coming years are good to your company!Service: Junk removal

Super quick and friendly staff came by today to pick up a bunch of stuff we had in the yard. Rate we were charged was less than I expected from the quick eyeball quote they provided when we had them come by while they were at a neighbors. It was quite reasonable compared to what I paid at a well known competitor. Nice that they use scales on the truck instead of just eyeball charging at the end so the costs are more tangible and consistent to what you send out. We had a rental property where the tenants had accumulated considerable junk, called Atlas as they are a Victoria company and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent!!
