Beware of this outfitI ordered a front drive shaft that was priced way below everyone else.Arrived promptly but was the incorrect one.The sales rep agreed that the site is very miss leading but after an hour on the phone says I’ll have to pay for shipping.I send it back after paying $40 shipping.I ordered another shaft.Installed it.It failed the next day.I also received an emailed stating they were charging me another $40 for a damage return part.How the heck could it be damaged if I never installed it.STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!Inferior parts and the worst customer service ever.

Hot damn I love AutoShack! The website is easy to navigate, the parts are very well priced, the quality is excellent and the shipping is light speed... couldn't ask for more. I only wish they carried more parts for my vehicle. Stay awesome!

I bought a strut for my car, and their website choose that one and said it does fit to my car. I went to my mechanic, and he realized it's a wrong one after taking off the old one, so he charged me for his labor.. then I contacted the Autoshack customer service, but they asked me to sell it locally!! 🙄 or return to their warehouse in NY , and pay for shipping, but money return is not guaranteed... very bad experience and not recommended at all.

Cheap parts and helpful when buying. Came in to ask a few questions about returns etc. And guy behind the desk was rude and very short with me. Seems they only care about the customer until the sale is made... I'll avoid shopping here in the future.

DO NOT BY THESE PARTS!!!!!!!!! 2012 F150I purchased wheel hubs and upper control arms 10,000 kms ago. Right and left hub failed within days of each other, they failed so bad that they damaged the wheel hub actuators with fine metal shavings. Bought new wheel hubs to install and then noticed the upper ball joints had failed as well. One was so bad it had almost 1/8" play inside. So grateful it did come apart while driving, especially if it was my wife and kids driving!!!If you love doing things twice and throwing hundreds of dollars away these parts are for you!!!!!

Ordered front calibers from auto shack and they sent rears. When I called them they said that they had them labeled wrong on the website and it’s my fault for ordering the wrong one and wouldn’t do anything about it.Horrible company that doesn’t know the difference between front and rear
