    Awesome ServiceI have a small car and had several small electric tools, old rusty boxes, etc. I was just looking for somewhere to take it and suddenly thought of Cash for Trash....it's less than 5 km from my house. It never occurred to me that they'd actually weigh my car and give me money. It was only $3 but even that amount felt like a fun surprise. Instead of taking the money, I chose the option to donate $3 to a local dog rescue. 🐕 That made it even better. The people who worked there were SO nice and helpful. They even gave my dog and the kids some little treats.The 3.5 yr old thought that all the big machinery was the. Best. Ever. We may have to go back another day....just to see the machines.

    The best scrap metal recycler in Ottawa. I have started collecting all the scrap I see on garbage day or on the side of the road and have been able to bring in an extra $600 or more a month. All the staff is extremely friendly. I also see their trucks driving around locally, and they seem very professional and don’t drive like crazy people. Big thumbs up from me...way better than the other scrap yards I’ve visited!
