Loved it. Jenna and I took her dead battery to the Benton Harbor Auto Zone. The battery was purchased there and they gave it a full charge. We went back the next day and picked it up. Her car started on first crank. Thank you Auto Zone. Great job!

Very knowledgeable assistance with finding the correct headlight for my car, upgrading them and getting it switched out for me. Very professional and courteous. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

This is my favorite auto place to go even for something as small as windshield wipers. They tell you your options, which is preferred and why but also can assist you with little things like putting on windshield wipers (if you aren't very handy like me-no judgement please!)

Some people know how to do their job. Others dont. The ones that don't is what will ruin that place. Rented a tool. Was returned rhe same day. 2 days later I call to figure out how long it should take. I was told about 24 to 48 hours and rhe money would be back in my account but it can vary depending on bank. Gave them all the information and they say it is still rented to us when it was returned the same day it was rented. So someone didn't do their job and put it in the computer that it was returned. So now I've done paid for a tool I rented but they have the tool. And I didn't get my money back. This is ridiculous. I didn't realize theft was okay to those who don't do their job there.

Erika was super. She really cares about every customer. I was watching her with others while I was waiting. She really knows her business and is good with her staff. She even installed my headlight bulb!

They have what you need, went to the competitor and they didn't have what I needed in stock, went here and they not only had what I needed but it was always cheaper.

Staff greeted upon entering and very helpful.

Don't bother coming into this store unless you got time to waste and/or your homie works there
