This store has went don't hill.they have zero costumer service. And when you ask for a part .or where it might be he wants to send you down four different Isles. And he didn't even know what a rubber Gromit was. So I just walk out. I think you should have people in there that knows how to do their job. Won't be back.

They are very friendly, helpful..aaand, uhmmm... EXTREMELY helpful! They really are a great place to go for Auto parts and they go out of they're way to help even the most lost and clueless automotive illiterate customers amongst us, "such as myself." Workers where rude the other day about a muffler then when asked about a part we ordered 5 days before that was supposed to be there the day we ordered it they told us they didn’t have time to deal with us. Thankfully we went to orileys down the road and they helped out and where nice.

Great service and great prices. The staff are knowledgeable and willing to help you out. I would recommend if you are needing some automotive supplies.

Employees automatically reach across the counter and push "Paper Receipt" on the card reader, even though they offer email receipts which I always opt for. Now I'm stuck with $50 in spark plugs that I don't need.

Unhelpful, part I purchased at their direction fits but fell off as there was no keeper, that is not helpful with a windshield wiper.

I went in a asked for windshield wipers for my car, and the the guy was rude and wouldn't help me.

Customer service was s%@t and my parts didn't come in on time.

The guys at Cape Auto zone are always pros I even came in right at Close and I wasn't trying to it just happened like that none the less I never felt like they where rushing me and Shane and Lynn helped me out tremendously with there experience and knowledge they had most of what I needed for one vehicle and half of what I needed on the other ordered the rest for next day pick up ...how do you like that for costumer service ? A lot I'd say and it was just a good transaction and it didn't feel like I was just another guy in at the last minute , it was more like a couple of buddy's helping out ....thanks again guys ....
