What a great experience. Today I went to Autozone to buy a small part required to fix something hanging under my car. Mack, the handsome young man, help me by showing professionalism, knowledge and good customer skills. What I've admire the most was how Mack have managed to make 2 happy clients on the same time. I also admired Mack's kindness on not only selling me the part, but helping me fix the issue on the spot. All Mack's energy was spreading Aloha. Mack, thank you very much for this short and wonderful experience of kindness.

The only experience that I had with autozone was when I needed a particular part for my 1994 4x4 ford ranger. The rep at the counter did all he could do to try and search and find what I needed. He wasn't able to find it. But it was his patience and no questions asked was a dumb question attitude that was appreciated. I know I will be dropping in at autozone Kahului again.

Very helpful and well informed sales associates. I've often found parts here that were unavailable nearby. I'll probably start with AutoZone first in the future.

Poor customer service on the phone and at the store. I called and the phone rang for a long time. I decided to go in instead because the salesman there sold me the wrong part. A girl helped me she seemed to be new because she was looking for help every time I asked her something. I asked for the Store Manager and he wasn’t there and apparently it’s not the same guy because the Store Manager that has helped me before always took care of me and the one the girl mentioned I don’t know. Service was poor, the phones kept ringing and the staff looked lost. Autozone you need to find a new Store Manager. I’m going to Napa from now on!!!

Poor service. I called 3 times until they finally answered. I spoke to Josh and not only did he not help me but gave me an attitude at the store and passed me over to Nick who I just found is the store manager. When I do my shopping at this location, I would always go to Luis. I just found out he left and I can definitely feel and notice he is needed here. I was waiting to be helped and when I was passed over to Nick and waited longer I walked out. I guess I’ll be going back to Napa / Standard Motors for my automobile needs and on the way grab lunch with my buddy Luis at Amigo’s Kahului. Sorry AutoZone..

Had to replace my truck's battery for the first time. AutoZone was quick to assist. The store was busy with customers but their staff made the time to assist me in installing the battery. A big mahalo to Sky, for doing the work in the hot sun.I also appreciate the relaxing atmosphere the AutoZone store has... Thanks for a great experience! Definitely, a worth-while drive from the other side of the Island. Cheers!

Poor customer service. I waited too long to get help. The guy Josh has poor customer service and then the Store manager stepped in and that didn’t help. I like to shop here but for some reason the service has been bad recently, what happened to the previous store manager?? Personal has to go, I’m not coming here anymore. Who ever is in charge either fix it or you can go as well 🤬

I hear this is one of the more reasonably priced shops on Maui.
