I needed a pedal stop pad, before my break lights killed my car. John was the best!!!!He really helped me out. He sold me what I needed and told me how to install it on my own. I went to my car fixed it and was all set to go home ! Also the staff was super sweet to my 4 year old son . I love them all! Best place to go thank you!!

Car battery died, called O'Reilly, and spoke to Sky, who was helpful on the phone and in person when he advised that they carried the battery I needed and could install it right away, which is exactly what he did. Many, many, many thanks for your help, Sky!

After years of going to the store, I let one of the guys talk me into buying a $25 can 134a refrigerant , we’ll the can was defective. They refused to give me refund, so I left the can and a note for the store manager to explain way they would not refund the defective can, but he never contacted me.

Shop in this place if you wanna be humiliated because lack of your auto knowledge and hear spiky answers from the staff 👎 maybe its only one rotten apple but it spoils whole patch..

Super great service. The assistant manager Norman and Clatin were beyond helpful. We came in with a couple of scratches on our rental and we were worried the rental company would charge us through the roof for repair. Norman and Clatin were very knowledgeable, assessed our car and even helped touch up the scratches. The scratches are pretty much indistinguishable now. So pleased with their service!

Huge mahalo to Norman for helping me save my rear wiper blade. No one has it on island, and it came off while washing my Porsche and wouldn’t snap back together. After 20 minutes of surgery he was able to rebuild it and save me $20 and potentially scratching my windshield if I hit the wiper accidentally while waiting for the new blade. Norman went above and beyond to help me and saved me some money too. I always go to O’Reilly’s for my parts first and have always gotten great service here.
