I was looking for a rim for my 2019 Cadillac XTS. I happen to be passing through Eugene on other business so I decided to call and see if there was an availability. They were very nice on the phone and we're able to tell me that there was none locally available. That information was a great help to me knowing that I was going to have to order something from out of town.

Edit: no call but i stopped in and part was there...thank god. So i will give more stars.Ordered a part last Tuesday was supposed to be in friday. Here it is Tuesday of the following week and no part nor any phone calls saying part is ready. My patience is wearing thin.

I had a broken headlight on my van, and called B&R auto. They had one in stock and reserved it for me. I came in and picked it up; got a better one than the one I replaced, at a decent price. They were good to deal with-highly recommend B&R.

Completely unprofessional. I was shipped an unusable piece of glass for my vehicle, waited 2 weeks for a replacement, no one ever called me or shipped another. I had to ask for a refund 3 times over the course of 4 days. I still have not received my money back. Left a voice-mail and email, nothing yet. Service: Part finding & extracting

I order a part for my car which was the wrong one on my part. I called and spoke to a person name Michael. He was so nice and polite and I had no problems with the return process. This review goes out to the management at B&R. This morning I used my remote start option on my truck to de-ice my windshield. Apparently I forgot my wipers were on and stripped out my wiper arm after 10 min of running. After calling the dealership (and wanting to throw up when I got the price of new arms) I went to B&R Eugene. I was greeted instantly and helped locating a possible donor vehicle. Josh H as always is a life saver. I was also helped by Otto, krispy and Lilly. I want to thank you for their training. You have restored my faith in customer service.
