    Update 1/20/25 $5 to go into the yard be prepared with proper shoes and five bucks or you won't get in. Danielle is still awesome. Always smiling and very good customer service. The other staff is equally trained. I'd highly recommend the guys and gals down at the Eugene location because they are very good at what they do. Thanks Danielle!!     Excellent service. They bought my late husbands car from me that I didn't want to fix. I told them that I had a feral cat community and asked them to make some noise to be sure none of the cats were in the car when they came. I saw the gentleman that pickup my car on my porch camera knock on the windows to make sure. It made me really happy that they gave such great customer service.

    I recently visited Eugene B&R Auto Parts to pull my own parts, and the experience was excellent. Mitch, who assisted me with the sale, was extremely knowledgeable and courteous throughout the process. The prices he provided were fair, and I was very happy with the parts I was able to get. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for good service and reasonable prices. Will definitely be back!

    All in all, I love B&R. I have worked with you guys for years. When my original guy was no longer available Jeremy Leighton stepped up and has been absolutely awesome! Always friendly and works hard to give the best help. He is definitely my first call for any car parts I need!!!

    B&R in Eugene is by far the best with staff and business. The girls at the counter are very friendly and know what they are doing, also they go out of the way to make sure you are satisfied. Also shout out to management for making some things are ran smoothly. You all amazing.

    The level of unprofessionalism I experienced at this massive facility in Eugene is the highest I have ever seen. I visited to inquire about the possibility of using a forklift service to lift one of my shipping containers onto a truck bed. While I may have unintentionally come across as rude to one of the young ladies—something I sincerely did not intend—I acknowledge that I can sometimes be very straightforward. To address any misunderstanding. Shortly after speaking with her, I was approached by one of the managers. Initially, he was calm and collected as he listened to my request, but, without warning, he became extremely irritated, as if I were the worst customer in the world. In a very aggressive manner, he demanded I "get out of my store" and threatened to call the police if I did not comply. I was taken aback by the sudden shift in his demeanor and the level of disrespect he displayed. As a business owner, I would never treat a customer this way, nor would I allow anyone on my team to behave in such a manner. I take pride in conducting myself professionally, and while I apologized to the young lady for any perceived rudeness, I cannot overlook the manager's lack of composure. If this had occurred ten years ago—when I was still working on controlling my temperament and my years of martial arts training he would have definitely been seriously injured or in the emergency room. Fortunately, I have grown significantly since then, and I chose to leave without further confrontation. I would appreciate a formal apology from this manager if you would like me and my business to continue using your establishment. I will also take this negative review down. I hope he takes this as an opportunity to learn how to manage anger and avoid lashing out over what was a petty misunderstanding, I understand managing a business can be stressful but this in no way shape or form is acceptable. If I were in his position, I would have calmly addressed the situation, saying, “Of course, I can help, but the young lady brought to my attention that you may have been rude. I’d like you to apologize to her if you’d like us to continue assisting you.” This approach would have resolved the issue professionally without escalating it or making other customers feel unsafe and destroying the harmony in the business day. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as it is my belief that no business should tolerate such behavior if it seeks to maintain professionalism and a positive customer experience. This event took place in the late morning to early afternoon on Wednesday.

    My family and I have been going to this location for years and have always had good service. However more recently when I went in looking for a side mirror, the employee that works there named Karli, went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She is absolutely an asset to this business.

    Called B&R in need of a late model GM Duramax Diesel. Had hunted all over the states & Canada looking for what I needed. Got shipped the wrong engine from a wrecker in California that wasted weeks of my time. I got ahold of Mitchell @ B&R Eugene who gave me a very fair price on a low miles model. Unfortunately some of the high dollar injection system was damaged when I took delivery of the Engine. Mitchell made it right on the parts I needed to make the engine functional for operation. Thanks again B&R for helping me coordinate this costly repair of my Duramax.

    Sold us the wrong transmission then coped an attitude when we asked about the warranty and the mileage This company does not like being held responsible when they make a mistake.. sure looks like it only had 93K lol

    I had the best experience at B & R. I needed a part for my car, not feeling completely confident in what I was needing. Karli was so helpful in finding what I needed and I was able to get it quickly. The customer service was amazing.

    Went to the Prairie Road location today and was helped right away by Liz. She was very nice and helpful. I only needed a couple misc screws and hold down anchor. She gave me a great deal. I will be back for more parts soon. Hope to see her again! She was fantastic

    ZERO STARS. I never even got to use them. I called and always got sent straight to voicemail. I got to speak to a human one time and they very cleverly sent me to voicemail. DO. NOT. WASTE. YOUR. TIME. I left two voicemails and they never responded all day. Now I have to pay lot fee. I called in the morning.

    I just want to say, that every time I call or email Jeremy for parts or vehicles, he's always responds to me in a timely matter. He sends me photos of vehicles that I might be interested in. So helpful with parts and even he calls me and explains the situation, hes never had made me wait for days like other wrecking yards. You definitely have my business.     They took my debt card number for a part that was $60 to be shipped to Eugene. They called me back and said it missed the delivery truck, so it wouldn't get to Eugen until the next day. I needed it the same day. So I asked if he changed my card, and he said no. I drove up to Albany to pick up the part and paid cash for it. Then I checked my back later that day and they charged my card $110. 5 days and they still have not returned it yet. Not happy

    They never a swer tge phone, return message, email and their live chat won't even load. The only option is to ho in person to unhelpful front desk. Then when they tell you their yard doesn't ha e the part they can't contact the yard where it says tge part is and you're forced to drive miles away and hope someone there is helpful.

    I recently worked with Blain and the Ecom team to purchase a mirror for my truck. B&R was significantly cheaper than anywhere else, so I went ahead with the purchase. At that point, I was already very happy with the purchase. However, it got even better. After I had already purchased the mirror, Blain reached out to make sure that I knew that the mirror was for parts only and not a functioning unit before they shipped the unit. I still agreed to the purchase, because I only needed parts anyway. I was honestly really, really impressed at their honesty that they would be willing to reach out and let me know it was non-functional even after I had already purchased it. They could have just shipped the mirror and ben done with me. This is the type of service that will keep me coming back to B&R! On top of it all, the mirror shipped quick and was packaged very carefully, with a ton of padding and bubble wrap. Thank you again to Blain and the Ecom team!!

    Absolute HORRIBLE customer service if you order something online. Sure, go there and pick a part... I didn't do that. But the people I got online really screwed up, bad! I am still waiting to get my part after 2 weeks! Just gross, customer service! No Excuse for it!
