Needed a very specific blower motor and fan blade for an old Toyota. The price for the part was competitive with the online market, and it worked as expected and in the time frame that I was told it would be ready. Thanks to these folks, I now have a working defroster and air system in my old truck, making it a reliable and comfortable ride. Would recommend their services to anyone in a similar situation.

Called them to see if they had an alternator for my truck and they said they had one at the location in Salem so I spent 35 bucks in gas to pick the part up. They said it was the right alternator and the alternator was labeled as the correct alternator. Drove back to Eugene to put it in and it wouldn’t fit so compared it to the original one and the one they sold me was way bigger and not the right one. So I went to take it back to the Eugene location for a refund since the part they sold me was misrepresented and was told I’d have to take it back to the Salem location because if that location gave me a refund their til “would be short for the day”. I’ve been here before and never had an issue, but this is ridiculous and bad customer service. They want me to spend 70 bucks for gas to return the wrong part they told me was the right one? If anything they owe me 70 bucks plus my money back for the alternator if I drive to Salem to return it… You would think common sense would tell them that a refund would have been the cheapest and best way to handle their mistake as even with that I would still be out 35 bucks for gas which I wasn’t initially asking for and I’ll try again Monday when they open to see if they do the right thing so it’s done and over with or if they want drag this out potentially costing them hundreds more.

Good price and received my parts in a timely manner as they stated I would
