First time going and I cannot rave enough. Took there time explaining everything to me so that I would have a better understanding of how my car works. Polite, professional, funny.They did not rush took there time. Fantastic prices compared to other research I had done.It will 100 percent be my go to place, and will highly recommend them to anyone whom will listen too me. One happy Customer!

Best mechanic garage in Ottawa for sure! The team is super knowledgeable and friendly.

They were really courteous and informed me of the problems with my car. They took they time explaining the issues and costs. The 3 employees Junior , Habib and Dominic including the manager Danny were full of life and comedians watching them work and chatting with them made the time go by fast. I recommend them to anyone that wants to feel more than just a typical client when coming to a garage.

Feel welcome every time I visit. Very friendly staff. It's no the cleanest or the fanciest garage but it sure is one of the cheapest. I get good deals each time I need something fixed. And Danni (the owner) is really devoted help. Recommend if you trying to save on your next oil, tire or breaks change.

So thankful to this man. I have an older truck so other mechanics were shy about working on it because of the rust, and this and that, blah blah blah, all excuses. I needed a brake junction block replaced, and one (1) brake line.Other mechanics straight up said to me that they would turn me away if the car was too difficult to work on unless I replace all the brake lines plus the junction block. Yeah thanks for the peace of mind there, bro...Probably wasnt even a big deal but not having my truck was already stressful enough.So I call Belfast Auto and before I even finished explaining the situation, they said to me "Dont worry. Just bring your car here. We'll take care of you."Now that's what Im talking about. I towed the truck there the next morning. Didnt even have to miss work because they waited till I got off work (which is at 5pm when most shops already close) so I went there straight after. Super reasonable price also.6/5, would totally reccomend. Give this shop a try. Im not saying my truck wasnt challenging to work on, but he handled it like a professional and made me feel like I made the right choice in the first two minutes of our conversation. Just stop reading reviews already and call this man now (!)

The absolute best experience I have had in a garage. The service provided was of the highest quality and fast, simply brought my car over and within a few hours picked it up with all my issues solved. The owner is a very nice guy, you can tell he cares about his customers and does NOT cut corners !I would definetly recommend this garage to anyone looking to get any work done on their vehicule.

I've been going to Belfast Auto for almost 10 years now. Danny always gives me a reasonable price and I bought my current car from him. He even insists on showing me any part he removes from my car so I can see that it really needed to be changed. The work is good, affordable and he always takes care of me.

The workers are fine but the owner is a serious scammer. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Not only has he ripped me off numerous times he is not honest with what he says when he does a job and only finds a way to take money from people. There are many garages out there, I would not recommend this at all. If I could give this minus stars, I would.

Best service i had so far with garages. The owner as well as the workers are very experienced, friendly and above all care about the customers. I would highly recommened this garage to anyone looking to get an amazing service for a low price.
