If there were more stars to give, I would give 10 out of 10. I needed a roof antenna assembly for my car which would have cost me at my dealer service nearly $700 for parts and labor. Thanks to Mr. André Brind'amour for working so hard to find me the rare part that I need and at the same time, saving me a lot of money. Thank you again André, it was very much appreciated.

Always willing to help you out to find the part you need. Their yard is massive with a huge inventory of cars. They had the cheapest price on a starter and it had low kms! Highly recommended!

When it was Sonshine the in-person customer service was way better.The two last visits since it is LKQ were poor. It seems they priorise phone calls and ignore you just standing there. 28 mins for a core return. I get that you are short staffed but 4 employees passed me by ignoring that I was even there.Manager: Get your guys some help!

This place is amazing. Great parts advisors who will help you find any part your looking for even that thing you dont know the name of. The mechanics who work through the extream cold and extremely hot weather conditions, just to get those parts in time that we so badly need. Its a great place to experience. 5 stars!

Must give the gang there a HUGE thank you for being Good Samaritans today! Two of the guys not only stopped to check on me after my car spun out on Dunning, but went above and beyond to assist me and my daughter... and my car!! Their kindness and generosity turned a bad situation right around. I left them smiling ear to ear!! THSNKS again!! ;-)

Great place to buy auto parts and used cars that's been damaged he does have to call and ask about it

I bought a used bumper from them and quite frankly, they just gouged me on a damaged bumper only because it's a dealer only part and they had the only one around here. When I picked it up, showed them the damage but wouldn't budge on the price. If I would have known, I would have gone to the dealer but I was desperate A bolt tab was broken, a painted part was gouged and they wrote on it with a tire crayon "KEEPING". Those crayons are difficult to remove and even gone, I can still see the shadow of that crayon and can still read it. This is going on a vehicle I am trying to sell so now I have to further try and repair this part.Even before this, I have always found them to be overpriced. Shop around and find a better deal on a better part.
