Said I had to put a deposit down on the tires I ordered three days before my appointment. This company expects its customers to make a special trip so you can pay twice for a service. Only shop I have ever seen do this. Also their tires where $50 more per tire than other shops. Last time I was in they wanted $150 to replace a turn signal. The only thing they care about their customers is how much of your money they can screw you out of.

The counter staff are always at the counter waiting for a customer to help. I saw drivers running in and out a side door trying to get the tires and parts out fast. Everyone seems to help each other. When one person can't find my part they ask another coworker to help and they do. Good work place and great parts people. Management is awesome by all.

Favourite auto parts store! I have a 1993 Mustang and it’s hard to get some parts for it because of the age but they always seem to be able to get the parts I need and get them here quickly and for a good price. I’ve ordered parts from a few places, but I’ve ordered most of them from here and I’ve been totally impressed with my experience!

Driving from Toronto to Belleville to Toronto on a Friday afternoon. Almost turned back as my tire was losing pressure. A friend in Belleville told me to keep driving - that Bensons will take care of me as soon as I get into town. I had to fill that tire 3 times on the 160km trip! And true to their word as soon as I rolled up to the door they were waiting to take a look at my tire. Chris the manager mentioned that everyone was on lunch but he was going to change clothes and take a look at it personally - even showed me what was wrong with my tire. He ordered the parts as I left for my own lunch and an hour later I was on my way. Now THAT’S GREAT CUSTOMER service. It may be worth the drive to Belleville to get service like that again. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure this Toronto driver got back on the road safely.

Made a quick, first-time visit to scope out the store - found a big parts warehouse with friendly, helpful staff. The display area could really use some help. I am giving Benson Autoparts a 4-star rating, because I believe (despite the lame website and lackluster display area) they have, or can get almost anything you need.

Best part store in Belleville. Staff and management are always willing to go the extra mile for the customer. If they don't have the part on hand, they can usually get it the same day. Good prices!

Fantastic service, the part I wanted wasn't in stock but they'll order it and it'll be ready when they open at 7:30 the next morning unbeatable thanks so much!

For such a massive location, they literally have NOTHING in stock. Such an obvious front for "other" business activity. Don't waste you time, order online

Called looking for springs that I was told were not available but they can get them same day at a great price highly recommended
