I truly don’t even know where to start. Bryan and Moe were a tremendous help. The customer service is amazing and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Bryan made sure I got every part I needed, and explained why I needed it because I have ZERO knowledge of cars. Moe made sure it was at the best price followed up with me in email to make sure everything was good. It’s hard to get good customer service now. I am so grateful that I was referred to this store.If you need stuff come here !

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Waited a ridiculous amount of time for our parts. We waited 2 weeks for our bumper and it came in broken. We waited another 2 weeks for a “new” one and that one was worse than before. I should note we were promised these parts were in-shop. We never received updates about our parts. They came in later than promised and we never received a call about them being late. No one had any idea where parts were. The employees mistreated the parts they were disassembling in the back. All around terrible experience. And I never ever write negative reviews about any company. I cannot find the good in this place. Big waste of time.

From one salvage yard to another let me say Fox Auto Parts-PRP is top notch, one of the best in the entire business. Quality is bar none, and problem solving/customer service is fantastic. Joey in sales will get you taken care of!

This place is incredible! It's both enormous and efficient. And their rim prices were so low I bought an extra so I can have a full-sized spare.

They always have what we need, if not in "u-pull" in the parts and services department. And hats off to the workers on u-pull theyre always nice, helpful, and try to help in any way they can. Great people, great company, would recommend to family, friends, and anyone in need.

Good selection of vehicles, low prices, friendly people. The online inventory is great, you can check in advance whether they have the type of car you want parts for. They also have a price list online.

I called this place to check availability of a sideview mirror for my 2017 blue Ford Fusion and a member confirmed they have exact year part and I scheduled an appointment. Went here and they installed the part and when I checked it was a different blue color from 2015 or 2016. The person in service section was rude when I tried to explain the situation, he also refused to give me keys before paying the bill and told I can see it from outside, it’s a power mirror I need to start the vehicle to check the functionality, how could he not know that ? Chris from parts team told he can give a refund but I paid for the part as I drove from far and waited a good time for installation. It would had been good if they paid attention to detail ahead. They also tried to argue there were multiple blue colors for 2017 when there is only one paint color. I would have scouted for other places if they communicated clearly and told they have a blue from 15 or 16.

My first time at this establishment. I needed a tire rim for my old vehicle. It was a pleasure to come here. Clean place, friendly and professional employees, they found my part in another state, arrived as advertised. It was mounted at their place. Did I mention they have mechanics on site? Very happy with the service.

My car had a bad ECM. I reached out to the dealership and they informed me that they are on back order and I would need to wait at least 3 weeks for the part. I reached out to Fox Auto and spoke to Nate. He not only found me a part for a fraction of the cost but also was able to get it to me in 2 days; shipping it literally to my door.
