Brown’s towing made an incredibly stressful situation (breaking down on the 401 with two small children) so much easier. The driver was super nice, service was great. Highly recommend them. Hope to never breakdown on the 401 again, but if I do, I’d call these guys in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

Through CAA and as a "paying customer" I have used Browns many times. Well trained drivers, new equipment and a "above and beyond" attitude. Lock outs, boosts, stuck in a ditch, broken down, flat tire, this is the team you need. Highly recommended.

With today being Christmas, when our car quit at the Port Hope On Route station, we thought we were stuck. After finding out our Kia roadside assistance had expired, we had no choice but to call a local tow company and were exceptionally lucky to have picked Brown's. The tow truck arrived very quickly, and the driver had our car loaded and ready to go before we knew it. As we are from Oshawa, the driver had to take us a fair distance, but he was extremely polite and upbeat about the whole situation, keeping our spirits up even though our Christmas plans were squashed. The driver went above and beyond for us, dropping our car off at the dealership and then taking us home as well. Our day did not go as we had originally planned, but our experience with this company really turned our day around, and we are so thankful for their wonderful service. I highly recommend this company, their prompt service and thoughtful driver helped us make the best of a bad situation, and we are completely grateful for it! Thanks again!!
