Bought a part online, was told it would ship that day. Just needed phone # for shipping purposes. Has been 3 days. No feedback as to whether part was shipped. No answer to my enquiries as to whether part has shipped. Was happy to find the part but not on customer support.

Excellent experience with Standard Auto Wreckers , specifically with Marco. All my questions and concerns were answered promptly, professionally and thoroughly. Marco spent extra time after hours rushing an order for so it could be delivered the next day; this was extremely important as the vehicle needed to be repaired by Friday night. The transmission was delivered by the afternoon of the next day, the Service Centre began work immediately. With the assistance of Marco from Standard Auto and the team from Kia Clarington the car was finished by Friday night; we picked up the car Saturday morning. I am very impressed, we will absolutely refer family and friends, plus I am so very thankful of the service received during a very stressful situation!

I bought a turbo from here with low clicks for a decent price and saved a lot in my pocket. Had some issues with support but it was resolved in a timely matter.

And once again poor customer service im done with standard auto wreckers. Oweners a nice guy but his employees have no customer service what so ever cant even say there bussniess name when you call and get offended when you ask is this standerd auto wreckers? Sorry but ill never be calling these people again id rather drive 3 hrs to the middle of no where then go back to these people

Last summer my car broke down in port hope and I was 4 hours from home not knowing anybody in this town with no shops open since it was 4:30 but this store was, even tho i had to walk 30mins to get to it but it was worth it , one of the employes (i wish I would remember his name, i remember his daughter trish) he was the most helpful and nicest human, if it weren't for him I would have been stuck there for who knows how long probably a couple days, so I am very grateful for this place , so helpfull and kind! and let me say subaru parts aren't always easy to find , im happy everything worked out and that I could go back home!

CHRIS IS THE LIER MANAGER IN THIS YARD WE PURCHASED TRANSMISSION FOR GARDINER MOTORS WE CHANGED OIL FILTER SEAL STILL LEAKING AND IT SAYS NO WARRANTY NO REFUND AND I PAID $1700 FOR TRANSMISSION $900 LABOR AND IT WAS BAD WE RE INSTALLED TRANSMISSION FOR $900 MY $3500 WENT TO JUNK I TOLF CHRIS I WILL GIVE YOU ALOT OF BAD REVIEWS HE SAID NO PROBLEM . LET ME SEE WHAT I CAN DO .

Recently unloaded my old truck with Standard Auto wreckers in PH. From the very beginning of the process they were super helpful and accommodating. They offered the most $$ out of all the yards I called as an added bonus.After learning my trailer wouldn't be able to get my truck to the yard Gayle(Gail?) was able to line up a last minute tow pickup on a Saturday.Very satisfied with this team very step of the way.

Had a great experience with Gail and Greg and received a fair price for my cx-5. Very dedicated & friendly people. Gail was really accommodating with the time of pick up and Greg had a great sense of humor. It really was a pleasure dealing with them both. I definitely recommend them.

Always trying to rip people off. These guys need to understand they are wreck yard not a dealership.
