We are a wholesale customer who unfortunately have had to shut down our over the counter parts business and as such I tried to return a few items some of which were far past the allowed return window, though one of them was only a few days past. Even though they still sell these items the front end manager did not even consider it even with a restocking fee it was a simple NO. I understand the policy but in these uncertain times I would expect at least some consideration. I returned similar items to two other wholesaler's without issue. We still repair vehicles and will still be purchasing parts so it seemed a little short sighted from my point of view. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN !!!

This girl needs a raise as she works harder then most of the guys that work there and i am in here pretty much daily !!! She will be the olny one i wanna deal qith from now on !!!
