Horrible service, unprofessional, rudeSaw an ad on kijiji and texted about it to the number provided and agreed on a viewing, only to arrive there and be told that the car is not ready for viewing and is being washed. We still agreed to buy it and come back the next day for a test drive and to finalize the deal. Once I went back home and saw the price has increased for the car so I texted the number asking about the price increase as it was not mentioned while I was viewing the car. No answer. Called the number no one picked up. I texted again, no reply. Few hours later I found out the ad has been removed. Why lie to and ignore customers? We were told we were first in the list to buy the car just to be ignored immediately. Why waste my time? Rude, unprofessional and misleading.

I've been buying vehicles from SGI for years, suddenly they changed (because of Covid? ) not sure why that affected the ability we had to look at vehicles before purchasing in a large open lot? So now you bid on a item you can't look at it and you have to take or be "black listed". The first chance you have to examine the item is only after its been paid for . What was wrong with the old way? The staff are excellent, no complaints there.

We booked a U-Haul online for a Saturday pick up, since AJs isn't open on Saturdays they have a system where they give you a code for the lock to open the back of the truck where the key is supposed to be inside.Some lazy person at AJ's didn't leave the key inside and no one was around to help us and when we called U-Haul there was nothing they could do to help us.Do not use this place for uhaul rentals.

After explaining what we needed to have removed (clearly needing 2 people for lifting) and being quoted based on space in a 5 ton truck the driver showed up in a pick up truck and trailer. He charged us more then what was quoted to fill a 5 ton truck and left the majority of large pieces behind. He said we'd have to pay same amount again (more then what was quoted to fill a 5 ton truck). He also stated he was busy and had 2 other jobs to do so wasn't able to finish the job today. He left a massive mess behind on the floors. The full load including all the large pieces came no where near filling a 5 ton truck. We called a different company, they showed up about an hour after he left and charged a lot less. In fact if we had just used the other company to begin with we would have paid about half and had all of the items moved at once. They also show up with 2 people for lifting and clean up their mess.
