Very Friendly service. I just had a bed taken away and I had a couple of extras left over while moving out of my apartment.I had texted Tony the evening before and he responded within a couple of hours. The price was below anything else I found around her and they were on time and very fast. They recycle the mattresses rather than throwing them out so the landfill doesn't end up full of old, hard to degrade junk.Would definitely recommend to anyone

Terrible. Called to book removal of 2 couches and a mattress and was told it would cost $119. They came and loaded their truck and wrote a bill for over $500. Employees were disrespectful when we explained that the person who booked our appointment said it would only be $119. We tried calling their boss several times and of course he would not answer. The employees were rude and started arguing about the bill for over half an hour. We told them we simply could not pay that amount and were not expecting such a high bill. They embarrassed us in front of our neighbours by initially refusing to unload the truck and leave when we couldn't pay. After arguing they finally agreed to leaving ALL of our items and taking $120 for removing NOTHING and completely humiliating us.

5 stars is not enough for this company. The website was easy to use, the booking process was quick and easy. Extremely professional, from the confirmation call, to the staff that came to remove the junk. Not only would I use this company again, but I would recommend it to friends and family!
