I have been going to this place for yearsThey have replaced all for sets of tires, replaced the back blinker light and even my front breaksOn my last interaction, what I can only imagine everyone should know, their mechanics striped my lock nut with an impact drill. So when I went to take my tires off to replace the back brakes, the lock nuts would not turn ensuring the nuts can’t come off.Today when I called them to explain the situation, not only did they not even come close to making this right but refused to take any blame saying those lock nuts strip so easily.When I took my vehicle to the dealership they not only replaced the nuts with functioning nuts but only charged me for the parts to do itI guess you get what you pay for which explains their customer serviceNo way would I continue recommending these people or allow them anywhere near my vehicle

I am taking them to court for stealing money from my elderly parents my 84 year old father who is in the hospital who owned a garage on Cushmon road for decades and gave Marcel parts and cars for free for years and now they took 4 cars from our home 2 months ago and didn’t pay for one of them. 200 dollars for a Honda van in great condition and there saying they never took it? But my sister and I were there when they took all 4 vehicles. I called the police and the Better Buisness Bureau to report them. It’s Robery and you can report them too if you get ripped CB off perhaps a civil law suit is in order. What kind of immoral individual would steal 200 dollars from an elderly person on a fixed income? Don’t trust this place we had to learn the hard way. Perhaps it should be called Bermuda Triangle Garage where everything disappears.Service: Engine repair

My experience at this business.I called at 4:30pm today ordered some parts and requested it be left outside after business hours.I arrived around 6:40pm and found out that one of my parts was wrong.Dave who happens to work there was more than helpful and took the time outside of his work hours to accommodate and move 3 vehicles to check if the correct part was available on a second parts vehicle. Sure enough, right component was identified and Dave was more than willing to take it off at 7 pm on a Tuesday. Saved me a 3 hour drive up and down.Dave took time out of his day to make things right.If you want exceptional service, ask for Dave at Rectangle.Not too many people go out of there way to make things right especially when they are not on the clock.Dave and the folks at Rectangle have made me a customer for life.
