Carlson's has always been super helpful and fair prices for Susanville. They do nottake appointments but I have always been able to get whatever I needed from flat repair, new tires or swapping snow tires done on the day I needed. Highly recommend.

The owner is a really good person, but his team was always making mistakes. I can't afford mistakes with my tires. Safety's a must have!I rely on Les Schwab tires and never a problem. My safety and satisfaction is their concern and they are awesome!! Being that Les Schwab tires is just down Main Street in Susanville, I go there for everything! Car tires, truck and tractor tires, repair and alignment and brakes. They're outstanding!!

Bought my tires from these folks, did me right at first, had a couple of issues with my tires, the second time they wouldn't warranty it out, I was having them change my oil as well, no issues there, but I have decided I will no longer take my business to them.

The owner, John, is a saint! I had over 3 quarts of oil too much & a Walmart employee sent me to Carlson's. They had uggs fixed up & back on the road in no time & charged me Very, VERY reasonably & they even put the trailer back on the hitch for me. Thanks you guys for the great treatment & superb customer service! You Rock!

Great tire shop! They have good prices on sets of tires and individual tires. They have good prices on mechanical work if you need any done. They are very fast and efficient with everything they do. Staff is always friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Owner is really nice and is always ready to make a great deal with you!
