    We were traveling outside of Susanville when our alternator broke. We called all over Susanville for help with repairs. No one would help us. While Rob at High Sierra Collision was very busy he was willing to help us. He made many phone calls and finally found someone to repair our vehicle. We were back on the road in 4 hours. Thank you so very much Rob. You were kind, professional, and went out of you way to help us.
