Sunday morning 6:00am I'm stuck on highway 44 2 blown lowbed tires!I called them from a referral from another heavy haul co. they said no problem. they sent out a big strapping young man, (Mike)the only thing broader than his shoulders was his smile! had me up and running in 90 minutesvery fair pricing considering the day and time. Susanville towing started the job to tow my car that is now disabled no key and dbashed windshield. Said they needed to grab another piece of equipment left and never showed back up I called numerous times and when answered was told that they only get peanuts to move my BMW Z4 I was very displeased with their response and now my car has a smashed windshield as they wouldn’t move my car when I was in dire need of a tow. Called at 7:30 and they arrived at 9:00 am and left at 9:30. We’re supposed to take my vehicle directly to Reno to the dealership, it is now 2:30pm and it has not been dropped off, they said they had to pick up another vehicle! What if I was Going to follow them over there and they took all day?? Very poor and unprofessional service when a vehicle is supposed to be taken directly to a dealership and was not taken directly there! If you are anywhere in Lassen Co. and need a tow company or similar services, this is 'THE' place I would call. We were stranded in the middle of the forest, little to no signal on a busy busy weekend with 4 calls ahead of us. The owner made sure to come and get us no matter what that night because of the area we were in. My husband and I could not have been anymore grateful to ALL their staff for helping us get home safely. Amazing to see there's still kind and wonderful people in this world. Madeline in the office is a genuine sweetheart and was very understanding and patient while helping me. Warren, the driver, was super professional and nice. Both of them tried really hard to help me out after AAAs customer service put me through the wringer. They were very accommodating and made sure I got where I needed to go. These guys should absolutely be your go to for towing in the area.

I cannot say enough about Justin and his team at Susanville Towing. We lost our brakes about 30-miles away from our campsite and somehow actually got into the site. With no cell service, I hitched a ride to Susanville (42 miles) and the locals dropped us off with confidence, saying "They will take are of you - everything from towing, rental car, and fixing your truck." Which is exactly what they did... and MORE. The owner personally called our mechanic in Los Angeles to discuss the situation with the brakes, arranged to have him pay for the repairs, and got us back in our truck within 2 days. While we were driving back to Los Angeles, there was something up, called them, and they let us know how to handle it... and asked us to call them as soon as we got home. Kindness. Honestly. I recently was driving through Susanville and found my truck throwing a code. Susanville towing was the only one at that time of day that would come out take a look at it and read the scanner. Unfortunately there was a code that they could not read and I had to go over to the dealer. In the end I really wish I could have just handled everything with Susanville towing the mechanic was very friendly and willing to help knowing I was stuck.
