In this case though I'll make an exception, because it was a very exceptional experience. Especially for the condition my vehicle was in and for the price i received for my car. My son is in college and his car was crushed when a tree fell on it during recent storms. I called cash for cars, we spoke in the phone about the smashed car. They made an offer. I took the day to speak with my son and we had an agreement. Pick up was scheduled and they brought a check with them when they got the car! Very easy process

The service representative also gave me wrong information which caused me more time and money. A lack of focus and professionalism on her behalf, I was not happy with her service. Sold my van today to Cash For Cars. It was so easy and such a smooth process. I contacted them yesterday, got my title notarized at my bank, emailed them pictures of it and they scheduled a pick up for today. The tow truck driver called an hour ahead. He was very friendly and efficient. He gave me the check for the price we agreed upon yesterday and it was that easy! I would recommend them to anyone!

Document everything with this company! The process is very straight forward, but I had a major hiccup. They picked up my vehicle and I got a check. But they DID NOT transfer my title. It was still in my name almost a year later. I had to spend the money, time and effort to junk the title myself. The towing/junkyard company Copart/KASP didn’t have a single record of the transaction. They were NO HELP. Be very cautious when dealing with them.

Well this place was pretty good place to do business with what would make the experience better is if whoever is driving to pick up the vehicle to transfer the vehicle from the customer's house to the business would start becoming notary certified that way the person don't have to run back and forth to get the notary sign on the back. Took forever to pick up car and now having problem cashing check on second day. Bank of America was rude and I had to pay for a ride because you retrieved my car, title and keys. I have to ho back to the bank and pay for a ride to try to grey my money. I will be contacting to BBB and A Lawyer.

Lack of communication, I was put on hold for 32 minutes and 27 seconds without any answers. Had to call numerous times without clarification. Truck showed up without warning a day early. Driver was unable to pull vehicle across level ground with a rolling chassis. Was told tow truck would be there next day, I suspended all of my obligations and the tow truck never showed up. Once again, tried to contact company without results. Called tow truck myself and was told "oh yea, truck broke down" My vehicle in question was finally picked up on the third day. Let me get one thing straight, it was never about money. I would have given it away for free if the communication was on track. I did not get the idea this companys employees were competent in any aspect of their responsibilities. It was my fault in the beginning by picking the first advertisement on the list. That being said, no I will never use or promote cash for cars lexington east.
