I called central Auto Parts about a problem I was having matching a part, talked to Pino on the phone and he told me to send the part along. Sent it, addressed to his attention, it arrived August 10. I phoned about it numerous times, nobody ever called me back, the part sat around until the end of October when i finally started asking for it to be sent back to me as i realized that it was never going to be matched, nor was anyone ever going to bother to call. It took 3 weeks approximately to finally get it sent back and it arrived back here November 29. Worst service experience i think i've ever had, i wish you could give out negative stars!

I couldn't ask for better service! After having a bad experience with another garage (literally driving away with my car worse than when I dropped it off) it was a relief to be able to feel safe driving my car again. Pino was honest and straight forward. I will definitely use this garage for future repairs.

The Guys at Central are always lending a helping hand when they can and always seem to be able to have what I need in a pinch! Fast friendly and great service all the way around! Would definitely recommend!

Very slow, called 3 times and even emailed ready to pay. No response. Part sitting on their bench supposedly, wasted your own time.

Pino and Rick have been great to deal with and I appreciate their effort that they put into their work. Would have given 5 stars, but the younger guy has over charged me on parts a few times.

Always have a positive experience here. Whether they pull parts ahead of time for you, or your allowed out to pull your own. Service is always friendly. Keep it up team!

Had the part i needed it a reasonable price

Had a leveling kit installed and they did an amazing job! Met pino and he assured if i had any problems to call him right back! Guys a beauty. Definitely a great place to do business with.

I have been dealing with this company for a number of years. Rick and his staff are very knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to help. I run a automotive repair facility in Winnipeg, and I can usually always count on next day parts delivery. The parts are professionally removed ,cleaned and major parts are tested. Never received a bad one, and if I did, it was replaced. I highly recommend this company for all your Car-Part needs. Thanks guys.
