Always had a positive experience here. Bought many appliances at a fraction of the cost new and they're still working a few years later.

I can recall a few people who have had bad things to say about the older guy who works here in regards to bad customer service/being rude/ and swearing. My buddy tried to retrieve his wife’s wallet from here and the guy everyone has complained about yelled at him over his intercom without giving him the chance to explain what he was doing, which was obvious he wasn’t even capable of stealing anything as everything there is big, bulky and heavy and one person can’t just pick anything up that’s in his yard and walk away with. If he’s so worried about some super human without a vehicle & coming by himself and carrying an entire fridge away with his bare hands maybe he should close his gates instead of having them open 24 hrs, or at least try to be respectful and first ASK the person over his p.a system if there’s something they can help the person with if it’s late at night. Talk about a hot head. Out of respect to my close friend I’ll not be giving him any business if this is how he sees his customers and treats them, especially when they give him FREE scrap metal. I recommend to STAY AWAY.

I was their with my father,we were looking for a dryer part. Full Circle Recycle and sales was the only way we could acquire the part we were looking for. He brought us inside his business and took the time from his worked to look for the part we need it to fix my father's dryer problem, We appreciate that you took it upon yourself to give us one of your dryers that we're in the yard so we could take it home with us and take it apart in our own time and schedule . Thank You so much for you time,feels good to know that their is still good people out in this world.

My fairly new oven range stopped working (the oven part). Too much to fix so placed an ad looking for used stove and in ad I mentioned my new one was too pricy to fix. These guys emailed me and asked me the problems with my broken oven and offered to fix for reasonable price. I took main control panel off back of oven and down for them to look at. I was told by a local appliance business it would cost $500 for parts and labour! It took the lady at Full Circle Recycling 2 minutes to fix it!!! I am amazed and grateful. Saved me a ton of cash I don't have! Very thoughtful, honest and they won't rip ya off!! Highly recommended!! Thanks Brenda! 😉👍

Got a very nice glass top oven at a very reasonable price. Everything works it came nice and clean and friendly service. Deffinatly check this place out if your in the market for referbished appliances.

Went there today looking for a dryer part they couldn't find the part so while I went shopping Steve took the part off of another dryer and had it for when I got back . I have dropped off an old washing machine there that was broken and was told by Steve that it was a cheap and quick fix if I wanted to bring it back home ... Too late I had already bought a new one . Over all great people to work with and honest. I have been here 4 times now keep up the great service thankyou

The nice seeming Canadian Ma and Pa operation hides an unscrupulous predatory business ethic: 'Steve' the owner's exact words were 'BUYER BEWARE!' as he hung up the phone on me. He convinced me to buy 9 (when I was interested in only one) printers which he claimed were 'New in sealed factory boxes'. He had never bothered to check, and the printers had all been pilfered, mined for the printheads, which is basically the central and most expensive part of the printers. They robbed of $1500.00 CAD as well as having to take the loss of another 300.00 in shipping and the loss of my clients on the receiving end. Thanks Steve and wife, you are both real F@£*ing sweethearts. I will see you in court, don't be surprised.

My baking element, in my stove, stopped working, and I was looking to replace it altogether. So a friend told me about this place and I went, met with the couple who runs the place and explained what was happening with my stove, the wife offered to test my element for me right then and there.30 secs later she comes back and tells me, its not the element. She troubleshooted with with me for a few minutes and decided I should bring in the stove motherboard. I did and it turns out it was a burnout relay, she took it and replaced it within 30 mins for $50.00.They saved me huge money, if I would purchased a new stove or new motherboard I was looking 250.00 plus. They really know their stuff and highly recommend them for any appliance repair or at least talk to them before you dish out a bunch of money on new parts. They most likely have something in the back, lol.

Was willing to come in Thanksgiving weekend, even tho they were closed, to look for an oven element for me if I couldn’t find one elsewhere. He quoted me a fair price. I found one at a store he recommended I try. Thanks for your help!

Had multiple people including myself, friends and family tell me about horrible encounters with the owner, shady business deals, getting ripped off hundreds and god forbid thousands. doesn't care about your donations, feels completely comfortable with swearing, yelling, threatning or " getting his son " because " hes a big guy". i would recommend throwing your washer off a cliff or buying elsewear before you even concider coming here.
