Was happy to be dealing with a local company, but will be finding someone different. They were polite to deal with but for 1 bin we were charged 2 tipping fees and a scraping charge. I have never been charged a fee like this in any weather in the past 5 renovations. This was not mentioned ahead of time, not discussed ever. When I called to ask about the two bills for the one bin it turns out that this is their normal practice in the winter if anything becomes frozen in. (In the winter in Canada seems like this might happen) It is my understanding that there is other options that other companies use. In the future we will choose a different service provider. Just be aware of extra potential charges.

The guy on the phone seemed confused about how much scrap autos were by the ton. Offered me a low ball quote and an even lower weighed value. I took my business elsewhere. You’ve lost your chance at my business cash for trash.Updated review, offers are still low compared to just east and south of here. It’s sad that local businesses are working together in order to corner the local market and offer poor value to unaware customers. If possible bring your business elsewhere.

I hired cash for trash previously bee line to drop a bin for a camping trailer demo . Bill at dump was 320.75 for disposal of 4722 pounds of debris problem is the trailers dry weight was 5270 lbs and before the demolishing I removed and gave away bathroom all windows and doors. Put the appliances beds etc all out for bulk clean up to save on cost . I also kept the frame which weighs 974 lbs. 5270 mins the 974 is already less then what I was charged for .Beware or you will get stuck paying a larger bill like me

20-08-2021Well up until yesterday I have had great service from Cash for Trash.Yesterday everything was kind of weird. On the phone and in person. It was almost like it was everyone's first day working there.Hopefully the next time.need them they will be more organized.Other than yesterday my experience with them has been great.

This was the 3rd time using their Bin service and each time it was a simple arrangement to drop off and pickup. The staff is great, I lost my helper just after my bin arrived and they let me extend the pickup date no charge. Thank you

20$ for 551lbs, it should be called peanuts for lbs, not worth the drive.

Polite staff and good prices

Called them on a Monday afternoon to pickup my old truck they were able to pick it up a week later at a time that was convenient to me . Friendly staff on the phone and the Tow truck driver as well.

I was looking for two metal clothesline poles. They supplied just what I needed. I wanted a cross bar near the top. It was no problem for them to weld a bar. Thanks. Satisfied customer.
