As a new Volvo owner, I had no idea what to expect. I knew I wanted to make sure I took care of it. I was blown away by the service and attention to detail when I brought it in for a service and inspection. we noticed that the car didn't come with a spare so I called up to Paul and he was able to track one down for me in no time! Thank you Paul for going above and beyond on such a small and simple thing.

Unfortunately we have been rather good customers lately, not their fault! Their service has been excellent. It was obvious that there were sympathetic with our son when the cheaper parts turned out to be working just fine and the hardest to replace is now the most likely culprit as to why he has no heat. We had heard from some Volvo owners that Dancia was the place to go and to avoid Chapman, maybe that was true once, it certainly is not right now.

Great local shop, they know what they're doing and always give a fair assessment of what needs to be done. Have been taking my Tacoma and VW Rabbit there for several years now.

Paul is awesome! They are experts with Volvos, very knowledgeable, honest, plus educated us about issues and systems.

Great service from these guys. I found them to be very accomadating.

Twice now Chapman motors have helped me out, this last week some vandals tried to break into my car. They were awesome over email helping me to surmise which parts I needed for the glass and molding.The used glass arrived VERY well packed. I used my own shipper and they were great working with that pick up too!It hasn’t been installed yet but it all looks good so far 🤗Thanks again from Edmonton!

If you want to pay $200 for an oil change, go to Chapman. "We charged you the same price the last time and it didn't seem to be a problem", they said. But the last time they ALSO did a rotation of my tires and spent time checking one of my door locks. So now I've been charged $200 for an oil change ONLY and they didn't even reset my car computer (still says "oil life has 15% left")!!! I should've listened to my coworker who told me to AVOID CHAPMAN AT ALL COST.

Despite the sub par reviews. I felt like I needed to come check this place out for myself. And I was not disappointed. I have never owned a vehicle that I could work on before So being able to walk through a yard of parts and possibilities was awesome! And Bobby helped me find that parts I was looking for. As well he even put on of the mud flaps on because I was not sure I could do it at home with out the proper rivit gun.Over all I had a great experience with Chapman motors, and I will be bringing the new ( old) Volvo there again!Thanks

I have had Volvos my whole life...over 40 years now.The staff at Chapman's are not only helpful, honest and professional ...they have gone over the call of duty to help me with various "simple" things.I am a single woman and have been taken on several occasions for my lack of mechanical knowledge. The owners and staff at Chapmans always try and find the best price on parts for me and explain what needs to be done in a way that I get it.They are simply the best service company I have ever worked with.I
