Never take your vehicle there for service!! Especially if you have BLUE CERTIFIED!!!! THEY DO NOT ACCEPT IT EVEN THOUGH THEY CLAIM TO BE A PROVIDER!! CORPORATE FORD WILL HEAR ABOUT THIS!! People pay very good exceptional money to be a part of a blue certified.... At these people take your car back into the shop and start working on it and then tell you that they do not accept your warranty blue warranty blue warranty or any warranty.... Then hold your car hostage and make you pay!!!! I will see to it that Ford Corporate knows this is happening!! BEWARE!!!

Dealership told me I'd need to wait a month to have my vehicle with major mechanical issues seen. Had to call for 4 days to verify appointment, only for dealership to call me day before appointment and cancel on me due to "staffing issues." Their associate "dotty" told me verbadam "I don't care" about your issue. Save yourself the headache and take your vehicle elsewhere, the shop complained that every dealership is experiencimg these issues but Panama City and Dothan were able to see me the same day. Good luck.

Good people doing a good job as fast as a small dealership with a large workload can. There are times when things don't go as fast as we would like. However, I have come to know that the quality of work done is far more important than it being done quickly. I will continue to use Chipola Ford because it is locally owned and operated. In addition, the personal relationship that I have developed over the years with ALL of the employees, management, and owners makes it enjoyable to do business with them whether I am purchasing another vehicle or maintaining it.

Nicest people providing the worst possible automotive customer service that you will ever experience! And don't bother call the owner Will, because after you speak to him long enough he will start blaming the customer for his employees short comings. Made an appointment and it still took 5 days to perform basic maintenance, check the backup camera and figure out that the front end shake was 2 bad tires and put on the tires. Never once called me or fleet with an update even after telling me they would call me back.

I am not a writer but I bought a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport today. Easiest thing I have done. Seriously I hate the process. They did it seamlessly. My sales guy Josh was amazing. He was knowledgeable and patient. I live in Crawfordville and Chipola Ford is 1.5 hours away and that is the only place I will buy a vehicle from. The sales manager was just as awesome. There was no pressure. I hate car sales, sorry but I did. Now I feel differently. Great experience all around, price included. Just go there.

I have owned 3 Fords over the last 12 years and was about to purchase a new one. That decision to buy a different brand was made very clear for me today. I have never had any problems with any service department across this nation. Which is one of the reasons I have continued to buy Ford cars. That stopped today. It seems that this local dealership seems to be doing very well and doesn't need my business or any others. I will gladly tell all of my family and friends to shop for their cars at another establishment.

Glad to see oil change is down to under $50.00, last one was just under $60.00. Had 10:30am appointment was out at 11:10am. Great job as usual, only complaint is waiting room way to warm.
