I had to come here to pick up items from my car that was declared a total loss. The check in system is simple and efficient. On either side of the doors,, you simply scan the QR code, access the site and fill in the information which take 3 minutes. You will need your lot # for easy location of your car. Go to your car and wait for a text that lets you know they are ready to assist you inside. The site provides an ETA but it can go from 30 mins, jump to 60 minutes and to "Ready Now" all in 20 minutes time based on how quickly the agents clear the line so I would stick around and wait it out. Whitney helped me and she was such a pleasure to deal with. She was a ray of sunshine on such a super cold and wet day.

This location is a joke. You have to pay the loaders to bring out or vehicle or wait a one or two hours for them to bring out your Vehicle. I been here since 8am and its 9:30am and I'm still waiting. Iaai is such a better place for picks.

I give 5x bc the agent who processed me was very nice! The Hispanic lady with brown curly hair was rude... Take your patience with you bc you sign in via QR scan, then have to wait outside until you get the text message to come in...

Of all the places that I have gone to buy and pick up cars, this is the worst, they are not friendly and treat the customer super badly. Something is not working in there, learn to treat the client well. They delay already after you have your appointment and they do not attend you at the time that is, I do not have a good experience in this place.

They stole my radio out of my car.then tried to blame it on the tow truck driver. And they pretty much know they could get away with it by playing the blame game.they are very dishonest!

Horrible experience! I purchased a vehicle through Copart and the service was awful. After the purchase was made, it was clear that someone working on the lot had some "fun" with the truck and smoked the rear tires until they were bald. A forklift was used to move the truck after purchase on to a flat bed and in the process ripped a hole through the cab of the truck. When the vehicle was delivered, someone had removed the battery and somehow lost the key to the truck, that was originally zip tied around the steering wheel. I had to rip apart the ignition and rekey the truck. Lastly, when the vehicle was delivered, it was dropped off the flat bed, damaging the front of the truck and rolling back into my boat trailer, denting the tailgate and smashing out the taillight. I tried contacting anyone I could at Copart. No one would return my calls or emails. I just sucked it up and fixed everything. I will never purchase from this company again and I highly encourage others to find another place to purchase auction vehicles. One of the worst experiences I have had with a company. This place was absolutely horrible.

The appointment time doesn't work when you still sit here for over 2 hours. Also I thought there was no working on the property when there are at least nine cars at this moment. Then we're going. Y'all need to get it together this is a terrible copart. Not sure what the issue is but this cold part is terrible

Personal items were missing from my car. They only remembered them in the back when I showed interest in filing a police report and started listing specific items. Maybe they legitimately forgot, but it felt very sketchy...

Got here at12:30pm, got paperwork within 45 minutes. 3:30pm I go ask the loader when it's my turn. And he tells me that he can't load me cause one of the vehicle owes money. I go to the guy that attended me, and tells me that he didn't see it. Like no big deal. Not transporting from this place any more.
