TERRIBLE PLACE! DO NOT LET STATE FARM TELL YOU YOUR CAR NEEDS TO GO HERE FOR ASSESSMENT OR AN APPRAISAL! You can take it to a body shop or they can assess it at your residence. Copart came and picked up my car (which was still running and driving fine after the accident) and the tow truck driver just drove my car right up on the wheel lift and we heard a loud metal clank. We didnt know it at the time but he cracked the aluminum oil pan. When it made it to the yard they wrote leaks oil on the windshield. It sat in the driveway for 5 days after hitting the deer and didnt leak a drop. We bought the car back and found this out after inspecting the car when they brought it back to us. Also, when they slapped the magnetic tail lights on the roof I was shocked it didnt leave dents. We called Copart and the rep said they will not cover the cracked oil pan because it was leaking when it was checked in. We told them it was from the tow truck driver but they didnt care. WE EVEN HAVE PICTURES! These drivers are butchers and dont care about your vehicle. I could have drove the car to the yard with no extra damage. Its very sad when your company is that big that no one cares about the people they service. Someone was also nice enough to steal the pendant that was hanging on the rear view mirror. It had sentimental value to us. We forgot to remove it but we knew we were buying the car back and they said it was in a "secured" area so we trusted them. Im glad we pulled out the brand new headlights otherwise I'm sure they would have broke them or stole them. Never ever will one of my vehicles go there for an appraisal. Just a bunch of lying, stealing butchers. Shame on State Farm for using this company. I wish I could give them negative stars but I had to give 1 star to post this.

I can not attest to buying a vehicle here, but my vehicle was towed here after my accident and it was a really smooth and easy process.I found the lady in front, far left desk, to be super helpful and friendly. I signed a few documents and the lady had my totaled out car brought to the front on a fork lift. They had already taken off my plates and had them in the front seat, so it made it an even quicker process.Also - You 100% do not need to download the app and join the queue if your vehicle was towed here from your insurance provider. This is stated by some confused people on here. That is for people purchasing cars from their auction or picking up from their auction.

My car was in this location after minor crush and Geico adjuster sent it to this terrible place.They lost my car key and all of my personal belongings from my car, nobody took responsibility for the lost. My car is empty and nothing left. I needed to call several times to talk to the manager. There is a proof of car key is included in the transfer letter from previous towing company, but CoPart manger said they did not have my car key. My car was transformed from another towing company at night and nobody take responsibility. They tried to order duplicate car key but the cannot get that from Mercedes. The worst service and no security for your car. They don’t care about your time. The worst place to send your car.

BROKE BROKE people work for this company. My dad got in a car crash and came here to pick up his personal items from his car. EVERYTHING was outta place and tossed around or stolen. How much of a disgusting person you gotta be to steal personal items? IF YOURE THAT BROKE GET A NEW JOB. No regards for anything in the car, will throw everything away, tear up personal items and take anything that can be worth something. Disgusting people, horrible staff, DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME HERE. I hope they shut down and all the people who like to steal personal items have to live on the street since they dont have basic respect. Karma is real and it’ll get everyone of the staff that works here.

This place is a mess. I just tried to asked them what am I supposed to do and where I’m I supposed to wait and the ladies were yelling on me. Excuse me ? Seems like Animals work in here… below zero…

Called beforehand.I was told that vehicle preview closes at 6:30. We got at location at 4:30 the manager told us that last time to preview was 4:30 and didn't let us in. Although it was only couple minutes. We waisted 3 hours to drive.Avoid this place.

Worst and Most ridiculous Auto Auction Car Pick-Up Experience. Our Dealership has been buying alot from Copart for 30 years. Yesterday we had an appointment arrived on time at 6pm. Waiting 30 min with only one guy sitting in front of us and they could not find his titles. Then they can only find 1 of the 3 of our titles and i wait while our driver loads the first car another 30 min. THEN they find the titles! and give one of my titles to the guy before me and he drives off with it. They tell me HE TOOK MY TITLE... how? did he reach over and take it from you? this poor man looked exhausted and had been waiting like me ages for his title. I was told to wait once they realised there error, mind you they were not rushing our stressed simply not paying any attenshion to what they were doing.. Taking ZERO responsibility for give the guy the wrong title. Then lie after lie ensues. They told me to wait so i said i will wait outside.... when i come back they tell me the titles are there but LOCKED up for the night. I ask if the driver came back and gave the title....everything is just suspicious after this. They tell our driver when he goes to speak to them that I DIDN"T WANT THEM THAT I JUST LEFT. Our dealership is over 50 miles from the auction so this was extra annoying. They told me i can come back the next day in the afternoon for the title... But if they have the title why cant i come in the morning. BEWARE

Copart no-showed for a scheduled pickup times 4 times in a row. If you're donating your car via Kars 4 Kids, Wheels for Wishes, etc. and they book your pickup via Copart, ask for them to rebook with another provider, or your vehicle will never be picked up.

You can't tour the facility after 4p. I was planning on getting a car from there - however I didn't find the time deadline on the website and only found out when I go there at 5:35p.If you are buying a cheap car - watch out for the fees because Copart and broker fees made a $2,400 car nearly $3,900.
