My brother and myself own a few repair shops that repair and rebuild damaged and totaled cars and trucks and recently relocated to the area and was looking for a new yard to pick up parts on a regular basis so I stopped in about a week ago and picked up a window motor for a frontier that I'm rebuilding and to see about doing business on a regular basis the female that was working the counter was very helpful and assured me if the part didn't work just bring it back and I could trade it out or get a refund well the part ended up not working which wasn't a big deal so I stopped in today to swap it out for a new one and I walk in and tell the guy that was working that the motor didn't work and I would like to swap it out for a new one to which he replied very snidely "so you want your money back" so I said no I just like to trade it out he said okay wheres your reciept I said the female that was working didn't give me one to have him in the utmost disrespectful manner tell me he doubted that I wasn't given a receipt practically calling me a liar and to be honest it didn't cross my mind because why else would I have just put my name and my phone number and my email address into your computer..... and when I asked him couldn't he look it up on the computer since I had only been in there one time before he told me no he couldn't which has me wonder why I had to put in all that information to begin with if it wasn't used to tell when somebody came in and yes at this point I'm getting pretty upset this kid has just called me a liar and to top it off when I asked him so am I just screwed on the money his exact words were "yeah you're screwed" that was by far the most unprofessional disrespectful way to conduct business I have ever seen in my life I am on my way home now to cancel all the upcoming orders that I plan to make from them for the 4 cars we are currently working on along with making sure EVERYONE we do business with make the same decision because there was absolutely no reason a business should conduct themselves or allow employees to treat customers with that level pf disregard and disrespect period

Communication across the team is a 0-10 I called and got told 3 different stories about what happened to the CV axel I removed from an Equinox. I was told they would hold it until the same time of the next day, I arrived earlier than the time of the previous day and was told they had thrown it away. Only a third of the employees speak English, luckily the 1/3rd of them work inside. The boy that works the counter obviously hates his job and was just unpleasant to talk to or deal with. I suggest ordering parts offline than trusting the service of this team to provide positive support and service to their customers. The lady that told me my part would be held was the younger, chunkier, red headed lady with glasses. She seemed like a deer in headlights when I walked in. They obviously remember me from the previous day.

Prices have gone up way to much in the past few years. They wanted the same price for a used loaded steering knuckle (probably would have had to replace the bearing in a couple months on it anyways) that I could have gotten from offline with a better warranty. Yeah I have to wait a couple extra days but that's ridiculous. $85 dollars for a used knuckle...
