Was sold a windshield wiper motor and was told it was the correct part for my car. When I had someone get under the hood of my car they had informed me that it was the wrong motor. Called Dayton Xenia auto parts to see if they offer refunds and they told me they could only refund me 25% if I had the receipt. I couldn’t imagine somebody selling me the WRONG part and not offering a full refund with the receipt. Would not recommend.

Sky got a new part for my Prius at half the cost of the dealer price. Told me how to clean my scratched headlight lens. I'm gonna try it!

They charge more for used parts than it costs to buy them new. I dont understand that and they also charge almost double the cost of the new parts. My personal opinion shop elsewhere. At pull and pay u might pay 50 dollars for a used part that this place will charge a few hundred for used.

I had to take 2 of my broken down vehicles here on the same day...and what stuck out to me was how well all the employees worked together...everyone had spot there and they all knew their places when it came down to their job and communication!
