Good selection of inventory and while prices have gone up, it’s still extremely competitive and a lot cheaper than getting stuff from a salvage yard. Love this place! Friendly and helpful staffs (both online and at the stores.) They got tons of new cars daily on weekdays making it unstoppable to visit often. The yard is well maintained compare to other junk yards I visited. Highly recommend for those who seeking to pick decent parts for their own car.

My bank says I was charged twice. The cashier said that the first one had an error, so I had to pay again. I'll call tomorrow to follow up (or Monday) One must be 16 years old and up in order to be in the junk yard. Understandable for safety, unfortunate today. Well organized, well kept, lots of wheel barrows. Inside there is 1 bathroom for any customer, then I saw a few port-a-potties within the yard, so relieving one's self won't be an issue. $2 admission to pull parts for a full day, and then rather reasonable prices for the parts you remove yourself. Great spot to practice auto mechanic skills and techniques. AAA auto parts next door is part of the same company, and they pull the parts for you. I will need to check their prices against new parts. Good spot for a handy man like me.

I sold an older "junk" car through U Pull R Parts. It was a super easy experience. The tow truck driver, Gary, that picked up the car was professional, very nice, and helpful. I opted to pick up cash from U Pull which was also an easy and fast experience even though they were really busy having a sale. It looks like a decent place to find parts as well!

complete rip off. they wanted to charge me 150 bucks for a for harness after pulling it out in 10 below weather. a while for is 80 bucks. wouldn't even just let me pay for a door. I hope this place goes under stay away

I recently sold an old vehicle to U Pull R Parts for scrap. They went above and beyond to help make this process simple, easy, and hassle free. I was especially impressed with Megan and am very grateful to her for working with me on some complications on my end of the deal. dear U-Pull: Please get people who know car parts at the check out. Looked at my receipt after I left, confused why there’s a charge for a “hose/line no fitting”. Check my parts that I got because I didn’t get any hoses. Turns out the lady who was charging me for my parts charged me 2.78 for a wire insulation. No joke, look at the pictures. The wire was cheaper. I don’t even need the insulation. #Nickel&dime Yea it’s just 2.78 why complain, that’s coffee $! Also, 30 day return, if I take this back will they return my 2.78 or will they call ME the crazy one for trying to return wire insulation for something listed as a hose. Besides they didn’t even mark the “hose” with their marker.

I have been going to U pull for years since 2015 and for years this place has always been a great place to go to as well as be at. After today though I will never step foot in a U pull R parts again. Slow customer service in all of my years shopping here I have never had slower and as horrible customer service as I have had today. They nickel and dime you for every thing now even parts that are one piece assemblies like a door latch oh its got a small motor in it for the lock well that's an extra $20 right there. There charge the customer for every little thing they can has all ready out grown its welcome. I used to look forward to coming to U Pull R Parts but now I will be going to other yards around the state due to the simple fact that they over charge and don't enforce there own rules about not removing oil pans and items along those lines making parts worthless to buy as well. From here on out its going to be buying parts from other yards or online because it will be cheaper and frankly easier and less likely damaged parts from people not following the rules.

I seriously hesitate to write this review, as my son goes there all the time and gets great deals on parts. They have alot to pick from. However, today is Sunday, and my husband and son went there to pull parts on a car he already found the other day. Dad went to help. We live south, so it takes about 30 minutes to get there. My husband and I have a prior engagement in Cannon Falls at noon. The plan was for him and our son to be there right at 9am when they open, pull the part, and come home to get ready. They were there at 9:03 and no one there. We are on limited time, so I tried to call their office but just a long-winded message, so I pushed 0 key but disconnected me. It is now 10:13am, and my husband just called. Tow truck came in along with 2 employees. He said more then 12 customers were also there waiting, but left. One hour and 13 minutes AFTER they state on the website opening at 9am. Now, our plans are ruined as my husband will stay to help him, and just myself will be at the event. Sorry, but that's horrible in my book for any company.

I've been coming here for 20+ years, lots of places have parts for cheap, but the customer service here is amazing. Both MN locations are great, but specifically the Rosemount location. Steven was the one checking me out, after spending a few hours in the yard, I was dying of thirst. He gave me a free water, and I downed it in about 1 minute. Then he gave me another one. This place will always have my business and recommendations, thanks again!!

Me and my husband recently sold one of our cars to U Pull Our Parts and I can not say enough positive things about it. I talked with Adam who was so friendly from the get go. He quickly and accurately took down the information on my car and scheduled a tow for the very next day! I was very impressed by his customer service and speediness. I need a specific part for a car, I went in to U Pull, I got a 15% discount coming in for the first time. I had to get a wheelbarrow at the entrance to get any part I pulled. Customer friendly place and their yard are well arranged.

I used to go to Upull all the time about 5-10 years ago. The last few times I've gone you know what employees are trying to hit bonus yes they do get a bonus, for selling you more stuff. They will nickel and dime you with thier "blanket parts picing". Really all this is is an excuse to generate revenue on smaller parts (I advice checking prices on most small items before purchase as some will be cheaper new then the price at upullrparts). They do have employees I would give a 5 start review to and appreciate thier assistance I want to mention these employees by name but wont as I dont want them getting yelled at for not "blanket parts pricing" or "if it u-bolts or unclips" they'll charge for it, but to the ones charging for 6 nuts and bolts on a $500 total can go pack sand.

Place is very unique and special. Staff are friendly and are knowledgeable in helping you find the vehicle in the lot. This place has helped me and others save a lot of money and time when much needed parts are a lengthy delivery away. Remember to clean after yourself and keep the place tidy or else you suck!

U-PullR helped me out with a very odd problem. I had a 5th wheel sliding hitch in the bed if my F150 that was no longer required. The hitch weighed over 450 lbs. With extreme courtesy and consideration the management utilised their equp.ent to lift out the hitch

This is by far the greatest place to get used auto part. Yes you have to pull your parts but that's the reason why they give you such good deals. For instance I just bought an engine for my Ford Fusion the engine cost $267 I believe it was with a 30-day warranty you can get them even cheaper without the warranty but who's going to do that they also have a $25 core so if you had the old engine. I just found out about this place this winter and I bet I've been here 20 times since then. Only down side is that the people that work behind the counter they don't really know what there talking about if you have a question. Also they're kind of rude they never really smile or help you much this is at the East Bethel location other than that I give them five stars because like I said the prices are phenomenal and that's what it's all about

Yard has decent selection, they have cars coming in pretty frequent and the pictures posted on facebook page is a nice touch. Been going here but recently they try to upcharge you on every little piece connected to the part,at both locations it seems to be who's working that makes the difference. Trying to charge for an emblem glued to the trunk seems a lil ridiculous to me .

Amazing place! I had a car I’ve been needing to get rid of and was struggling to do so. I called this place up, they gave me an estimated quote and when I ended up going there, i got more $$$ than i was quoted! Whaaaaaat! Use to love this place but the last time was the last straw. Got charged $2.78 each for 4 cup holders when I only had 2. Someone left 2 screws on the counter that weren't mine but some how they ended up on my receipt. ill had receipt tomorrow morning.

I was pleasantly surprised with what I call “good customer service”. I had a laundry list if parts I was on a quest to find, (probably a little ambitious) I used one of the provided wheel barrows (2 wheel style) easy to handle. Checking out at the end was extremely easy and Meagan was considerate and helpful. All in all a great experience.
