I know my truck has a lot of issues but I still drive it everyday for work. Recently I knew something had come loose so I tried to see if there was a temporary fix like talking to you guys. But I felt that I was ripped off because although I paid $120 for your time you guys did nothing to try and even alleviate any issues temporarily. Instead the front desk guy made a joke insulting the state of my vehicle. I can't afford a new car right now but I still have to make it to work as my job requires driving. I understand paying for your time but again, I felt I was ripped off because no services were rendered to alleviate any issues whatsoever and I've known mechanics in the past who would have tried to help me with at least something. I will not recommend this business to any of my friends as I do not feel it is helpful to my community as a long time resident.

These guys are great. Had issues with our RV exhaust pipe that manufacture did not fix/install correctly after a trailer hitch replacement. Weld failed that was intended to hold tail pipe in place plus it really was not even lined up correctly. The weld failed after about 1,200 miles (drive from Alabama). We were on trip to Utah with a short stop at our place in Pagosa. No one in Pagosa could handle it and Durango Muffler was recommended. Called and got us in the next day and totaled fixed the issue. Added a small piece and added new hangers and welds. Got us back on schedule and better than new. I would highly recommend them,

Very friendly. Warm office. Stuck to the quoted price. It would be nice if they could get things done in a timely manner when you make an 8 am reservation but don’t work in it until 4 in the afternoon. The courtesy and promptness of this shop is world class. They got my truck in and out of their facility in record time (especially in this day and age). They were communicative during the entire process. They did everything they said they were going to do and more. They even locked my truck up in their shop over the weekend because I had a few unsecured tools in the bed! Thank you!

Just had my brakes checked for wear and the brake fluid changed. We are traveling and it was great to find these guys. They got us in and out quickly, checked everything out and were a pleasure to deal with. If I lived in Durango these guys would get all by business. Service: Brakes

On our multiple state roadtrip our brakes started acting up coming down a steep grade. Our next stop was Durango, CO. Upon recommendation from two people we went to Durango Automotive. It was Monday morning and despite full schedules for that day and the next, Durango Automotive found time for us and replaced the rotors and had the truck ready for us at the end of the day. They were nice and professional as well. Our truck is fine now with no further issues on the remainder of our trip. Thanks for taking care of us to keep us safe. We really appreciate the extra effort of Durango Automotive to get us back on the road. I would recommend them to anyone. I came in with a massive coolant leak and broken shock mounts, and 24 hours later i left with my jeep in great condition. Communication on their part was 10/10 and they didnt try to jerk me around on price.
