    After explaining what we needed to have removed (clearly needing 2 people for lifting) and being quoted based on space in a 5 ton truck the driver showed up in a pick up truck and trailer. He charged us more then what was quoted to fill a 5 ton truck and left the majority of large pieces behind. He said we'd have to pay same amount again (more then what was quoted to fill a 5 ton truck). He also stated he was busy and had 2 other jobs to do so wasn't able to finish the job today. He left a massive mess behind on the floors. The full load including all the large pieces came no where near filling a 5 ton truck. We called a different company, they showed up about an hour after he left and charged a lot less. In fact if we had just used the other company to begin with we would have paid about half and had all of the items moved at once. They also show up with 2 people for lifting and clean up their mess.
