AVOIDAsked the staff for more than 10 times if the transmission they are selling is 100% working properly.They gave me a very promising answer ‘YES’.Therefore I bought a transmission there. However after installation, the transmission is not working properly.You know the labor cost of replacing a transmission is much more than the transmission itself. The process is not funny too.Sent emails, messages and phone calls for three weeks time, no solution at all. They asked me to drive the car there for them to test drive. In fact how can I drive my car with transmission problems for more that 80 km away? it is unsafe to drive.I don’t like writing review but I need to warn people that if someone want to buy parts from them, beware, think twice before you buy anything. The item they sold is not as describe. The descriptions they write on Facebook and media are not accurate. The owner looks very promising but not at all.A very bad experience.AVOID.Will file case with BBB and CRA.

I ordered a part from here. They sent the wrong part and I wanted to return it, they said they wouldn’t take it.

Over priced, give you a short warranty that they don't even stand behind! Selling worn-out parts and saying that they are good. Save your money and go to a more reputable place and save yourself the headache!

This place is AWESOME!!!!Great customer service, and able to provide parts that other locations cannot on BMW's, Mercedes, Audi's and VW's.They are professional, curious and bring your purchase out to your car.I didn't know that this place existed until today but am I ever appreciative of the one who sent me there!!!!

Very unprofessional. I called ahead for a car part. When I got there, I was told the part is damage. This is after I drove 1.5 hours to get there. Buy parts here at your own risk.

Great service! This is a well stocked and clean yard. The guys are real nice to deal with their pricing is very reasonable and I would highly recommend Liberty to anyone looking for that part they need. I've made the hour drive from Scarborough to Hamilton twice and it has been well worth the drive, I'd definitely deal with them again. A+++++
