Friendliest staff and competitive prices if you don't mind getting a little dirty to get the part yourself. I've been to a few other you-pull yards in the area and this one always has the best selection and 1/3 of it's competitor's prices. Their inventory is always rotating as well. You're guaranteed to find something new every week unlike other places where they keep their cars sitting forever (over a year sometimes)! This location generally keeps the car for 2-3 months before it gets rotated out.

Other reviews have described the staff here as kind and courteous. It's true! These people are organized, knowledgeable, and just plain nice. I went to exchange a used battery I'd bought. No problem. Tara and Cathy helped with a smile. And, I left with a smile on my face, with a mundane task made pleasant by truly nice people.

Cathy was very helpful and knowledgeable. Friendly and was a pleasure to deal with. Her customer service is outstanding and remembering customers by names is a small thing, but says a lot about the person. Great job Cathy!!!

Very well organized. If you are looking for a specific vehicle they've have the inventory they also label the rows so you can find your vehicle a lot faster. Very friendly staff. You also have 30 days to return anything you didn't use.

Love Kenny U-Pull! Nothing beats taking a wander through the lot and seeing whats there. While the lot is kinda disorganized, it also gives you the opportunity to see cars you normally wouldnt see. After a browse today, my friend and I stumbled across my dads old truck. Had it been organized by make I doubt we woulda found it. both a pro and a con. Either way a day at the scrap yard is awesome!!

Well I called the number ( before the place was open) and got a calling center that told me they have someone there that will get it for me( so I didn't bring any tools with me). When I got there I was greeted by very friendly staff, she was very helpful but said they didn't have anyone there to get it for me. So I think the only complaint is that the call centers have to communicate better with the actual places
