Did a great job on sales. I purchased a teanaue. The installation was a little off, dug into the plastic on the bed and had to take my side rails off. But happy so far.

I bought a pair of front springs that I couldn't compress to get onto my new Bilsteins to save my life so I took it to Extreme Truck Outfitters and they assembled them for me. Amazing work and incredible price! Great job!

Shops like this. Is what keeps online businesses thriving! Would give no stars if it was an option! Spend your money locally they say. I say I would love to! I tried! They didn't want it! So the heck with them!

Was quoted one price for a hitch which included shipping. Hitch showed up and it was $50 more. They said it was because it sourced from a different warehouse. Brought up that I was quoted a different price and was told, “it shipped from a different warehouse.” Not my problem where it was shipped from. Very poor communication letting me know the price would be different. Won’t buy anything from them again.

Wanted to get Halo headlights installed on my Jeep Wrangler and had asked if they could tap into the parking lights to achieve DRL. Also these Halo headlights came with the wiring for amber turn signals that I had ordered. I picked up the truck and paid for it because I had to go back to work and I should have checked it before I left. They installed the headlights and tapped into the parking lights but they had snipped off the amber turn signal lights rather than hooking them up. Luckily I was able to fix it and rewire the amber turn signals myself. The funny thing was I redid the DRL and ran it to the fuse box but the whole process took me roughly an hour and a half. They only did one third of the work that I did and for some reason it cost me $300 and took them three hours to do. Mind you I'm not an expert or very good at mechanical or wiring but these guys are supposed to be good at what they do and a novice like me had to fix their mess up and got it done faster by myself in half the time. I would call for a refund at this point but I doubt that I would get anywhere. Other than that the front desk and service are very friendly and very helpful about working around my schedule to get my vehicle worked on and that's what is keeping this place from getting a 1 star. Will not bring my vehicle back for any kind of wiring.

I attempted to navigate their website to find a rear bumper for my pickup. Their website is a joke! Hardly works at all and is not mobile phone compatible. I would love to support a local business. But cannot even look at their products because of the terrible website.

I have been here 3 times. First time they let me know they could order the parts, so can I. Second time the young lady behind the counter was clueless. Third time they closed at 5, I guess they don't think their customers work. Not going back. If your looking for parts or work a suggest going somewhere else, too much of a pain.

Only 4 stars due to today being my initial visit to the business. I spoke with a cordial, knowledgeable technician while ordering parts this morning. Harrison was most helpful and courteous while helping me through some technical decisions. I will definitely revisit the business. Recommended.

Had a new truck (less than 150 miles on it) Rhino Lined and an ARE cap installed. My black interior was trashed with mud and dirt. Nuts and washers were found in the bed. The high brake light did not work due to improper wiring which shorted out causing the lighting to fail on the truck also. A razor blade was found glued to the rear bumper. Only thing I recommend is to avoid this establishment.
