Ian was a great help he lowered the price of the part and made things right. The part (pickup bed) was perfect they even made a stand to sit the bed on which made loading onto the trailer easy. For any big parts like this I will definitely check here first. My only complaint is fenix parts needs to be closer build a couple in Pennsylvania.

I called this business to order an engine for my Jeep, and the experience was terrible. The sales rep was rude and hung up on me twice. The first time, I thought it might have been a dropped call, so I tried again. After explaining my needs the second time, the rep hung up on me again without explanation. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any parts store. I would not recommend doing business here.

Had the exact part I needed and at an affordable price. I needed a drivers side mirror that a jack wagon hit while having dinner in downtown Massillon. Called a few places and the dealer just for the glass wanted $470 and if I needed the housing would be over $800. These guys got me the entire unit for 1/8 the price.<br><br>Thank you guys so much and everything works perfectly.
