    Ian was a great help he lowered the price of the part and made things right. The part (pickup bed) was perfect they even made a stand to sit the bed on which made loading onto the trailer easy. For any big parts like this I will definitely check here first. My only complaint is fenix parts needs to be closer build a couple in Pennsylvania.

    If I could select zero stars I would! I have dealt with salvage yards and parts suppliers for years, this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. I found a tailgate advertised on car-part.com that fit my needs perfectly. Said it was at the Fenix location in Canton, great 40 miles away. I called the number posted on the ad, some guy from a salvage yard in New York answers and tells me he can’t ship body parts.. I tell him I’m trying to buy a tailgate from Fenix in Canton Ohio, he transfers me to that store, phone rings and rings for 20 minutes then disconnects.. I try again same story elevator music then their spiel about how wait times are less than 30 seconds bla bla.. Then 10 minutes later disconnects.. I go back onto car-part and try the Live Chat feature nobody responds.. I’ve wasted enough time that day I had things to do.. The next day called again , same story no answer elevator music then the message about the wait time being less than 30 seconds.. Then elevator music then disconnect. . So I try the live chat again, finally after 15 minutes someone replies.. I give him the stock number of the part ask if it’s available, Yes it’s available but it’s at our Columbus Ohio location, not what the Ad said but fine, I need it urgently I will drive to Columbus 150 miles away. I will send you a payment link, fine, paid, got receipt, done.. Will call when tailgate is pulled (takes a whole 10 minutes max to pull a tailgate) Hear from them the next afternoon, tailgate is pulled and waiting in Columbus. Fine, drive 2.5 hours in the rain to the Columbus Store.. I give them the invoice number, they give me the pick ticket, I go to get the part, it’s the wrong tailgate.. They tell me that’s what was ordered by their canton store, so you will have to contact the sales rep from Canton store to remedy the situation. I showed them the one I ordered and asked is this one here? Yes that one is here but we can’t do an exchange it has to be through the sales rep that sold it to you. So I try to call the guy in Canton that sold it to me, straight to voicemail 3 times.. I asked if they could pull the correct tailgate now, since I drove 2.5 hours and I would just buy it and straighten out the refund later. They said Sorry, nothings quick these days it could be tomorrow or could be next week.. At that point I’d had more than enough and told them just refund my money! (Which is supposed to be on my card in a few days, if they can get that right) This is supposed to be the largest auto recycler in the country yet it’s run like two kids with soup cans on a string! Unbelievably Horrible Customer service! I will NEVER buy anything from this FENIX again and I will tell every person at every race, show and shop how they treat their customers!

    Had the exact part I needed and at an affordable price. I needed a drivers side mirror that a jack wagon hit while having dinner in downtown Massillon. Called a few places and the dealer just for the glass wanted $470 and if I needed the housing would be over $800. These guys got me the entire unit for 1/8 the price. Thank you guys so much and everything works perfectly.
