We have had a few occasions to work with William Tucker, Service Manager at Friendship Chevrolet Buick GMC in Forest City, NC. We have two vehicles , one of which we purchased ( with much satisfaction) , at this dealership. Recently, our other vehicle developed an intermittent problem causing a drain on the battery. We have had it serviced in Florida, but to no avail. Because we have the highest regard and confidence in William, for that reason we drove our vehicle from Florida to NC.It is our privilege to deal with William Tucker. He listens with concern and prioritizes the safety of the driver and passengers. It has been our experience that he provided prompt and immediate assistance and/or scheduled an appointment for a thorough diagnostic. We have the utmost respect for his knowledge, ability and expertise. In difficult or more uncertain situations , he is eager to work on the vehicle and doesn’t give up.William not only, focuses on the described problem, but thinks “outside the box”, to look for possible causes and potential ways to fix the problem. He is patient as he works diligently and with determination.We trust William and for that reason drove our car from Florida to William Tucker at Friendship Chevrolet Buick GMC in Forest City, NC.With much appreciation and and sincere thanks!

Worst customer service ever. Dropped car off on Monday morning before 8am after talking with the service department on Friday. Car literally sat in the same spot all week and when I called this Friday to get an update they said they might be able to look at it next week. If you can’t work on my car for over a week, tell me that upfront and I’ll make the appointment for the next week or go to a dealership that actually wants my business.

The staff was very helpful. They were courteous. Catherine communicated with me to secure the vehicle I was looking for. Gary aka “Putt” made sure my after market accessories were installed on time and secured my check for the positive equity from my previous vehicle so I would not have to wait for it. Paul was very thorough when explaining finance and warranty options. Unlike many dealerships I’ve used in the past, these folks were only interested in doing what was best for me and were transparent. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you’re looking for honest people and a more intimate experience.

I pulled up with a 42 year old farm truck today to get a part number the parts stores simply couldn't find. It was just for one bolt. The parts department went above and beyond and found the specs, even though it had been discontinued. Then they went another step further and called around until they found a parts store that had the bolt. Amazing. If these good folks go all out for a bolt, imagine the service you'd get buying a vehicle from Friendship. I know that's where I'll go when I'm ready to purchase a new vehicle! Thanks, parts experts!

Well bought Truck of my dreams there and it's been a headache from that day on, if u do buy from the please use Chris Bowman only one there that will do what he says!! And that's from manager down need had so much trouble getting tag and title payed them cash so think on that a few.Terrible customer service for me never again got some nice tags from them good market practice lol
