Extremely unprofessional Company that refused to acknowledge their scales are off. My son brought items in and was given so many excuses after excuses on the weight. Told the new employee was new and provided incorrect information, then trying to say weight of items was lower than the accutal weight of the truck when empty, which is clearly identified by the truck specs, not to mention dump trips are weighted going on out and can confirm the weight, which is done monthly. Refused to acknowledge that when brought to the attention of them how the full load weights less then the truck when empty.Do your homework before going, they clearly have no interest in being customer service focused. Absolutely terrible customer service, and Extremely disappointed on service received. Lessons learned and want others to be aware their scales clearly are off, something that was admitted they in the past had issues with their scales!!!!!

Place can be pretty busy at times due to other customers and not the staff. Staff is quick and efficient. If it is raining, you'll want to wear boots, as it gets flooded with puddles and be careful not to drive over anything that could damage your tire. I like the scale to weigh in and weigh out, it's cool!

Their scale is off and is ripping people off.

Friendly, helpful staff. It's a scrap yard, so it's a bit dusty (or muddy if it rained). Don't wear a tuxedo, and you'll be fine.

Scale must be broken! My husband went with a full trailer load. The scale said it was 320lbs. His load was close to 2000lbs! He complained and they talked to guy in the yard. He confirmed that he had a full load but only gave him an estimated 900lbs 😠

You at Gerdau and other metal recycling companies rig these prices behind doors and rip all the hard working people and sell it at a premium to the united states or china, etc.. I will be registering a complain against you with the competition bureau and auditor general and suggest others do the same! Sick of this monopoly you big corporations run cause of greed.
