    Really awesome and helpful staff, got me a piece that was really difficult to find. Slightly disappointed because its cracked. It should still work but its a lot of work to put in on a part that is cracked. Unfortunately I started my project later but their return policy is an exchange within 7 days, neither would be helpful because I don't think they have another one in stock. We'll see what happens I guess.

    Great place. Friendly owner and price on used parts I purchased was very reasonable. I just dropped in and they had what I was looking for. Social distancing in place and one at a time. Good stuff from a small business!

    These guys honoured an expired 2016 Gift Certificate in 2018, and came in during winter hours to open up and sell me my oil that i needed ! What great service ! check out their new tire prices , cant go wrong.

    Answered an ad on Kijiji for motorcycle saddlebags, took 2 days to respond,but was weekend, got a "Hmmmm, I guess I could measure and let you know later today", never did and now ad is removed so obviously sold them to someone else and didn't have the decency to let me know. Arrogance gets you one star, would not trust or order from these guys, not recommended.

    No sense of urgency what so ever, i called them about a bike engine. The lady said they might have one in stock and she would call me back in 5 minutes. 2 days later and they wont even answer the phone even though i called about 10 times. I think i have a good idea about this place and will get my engine from somewhere else. Thanks foe nothing.

    Started back into riding last year after a 30 year absence. Bought my bike, a Honda VTX 1300 T off Steve & Lynne. Steve's no nonsense approach has kept the bike in tip top shape, while Lynne has kept ahead of the various after market upgrades to the bike that I have ordered. The two of them combine for the best service I have come across in many years. I highly recommend Oshawa Cycle to any experienced rider or someone just starting out..
