There are 40 to 50 alternatives to this place. I bet you none of them will sell you the wrong part then adhere to some rigid return policy to deny you even the option to exchange the part. The service at this place is just atrocious.

The manager lied to my face about the status of a battery. I paid $600 for a hybrid battery only for it to fail in 27 days. I was givent the option for a battery or refund, to support the small business I opt for the battery replacement. I was told no problem they will get another battery. Months go by and still no battery. I visited the place again, asked about the battery still no battery. I request a refund he tells me I have to pay an additional 350. I told him no just give me my refund. He refuses to give me my refund. No I'm out $600 and still no battery.

First try at this yard. Price quoted to me for 12 year old used bumper cover was 30% higher than new from dealer. 😳

Sepehr Parvin (the owner of the business)... showed great disrepect to my wife and I. We came to this establishment, to get part for tan 2008 corolla; what happened when we arrived was vile. Sepehr was microwaving money!! This goes against my faith and I found it so disrespectful when I said to him that was wrong and he replied "no you are just poor." I was taken aback by this incident that my wife and I instantly left the establishment in a fury!! DO NOT GO HERE, TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE STAFF.

Very friendly office and yard staff! I spend the day there pulling parts for an automatic to manual swap. They let me pull all the smaller stuff and once I was ready, yard staff pulled the transmission.Pricing was very fair for the entire bundle of parts. Very thankful for their positive attitudes when I was stressing over pulling so many parts!

They charge way too much for little security

Worst customer service ever. Rude and dishonest. Buyer beware.I paid for a part and was told it would take 1 1/2 hour to pull. I came back the following day and the part was not ready. This was a $170 part.I asked why the part wasn’t ready and the guy said he want sending his guy outside because it was raining. Mind you, this is a day after I paid for the part. I asked for a refund and he said he wasn’t giving me a refund. Hilarious! I told him I was going to dispute the transaction since he didn’t deliver and he said he didn’t give a damn and to get out.Thieves!

Called for a hood, she says they have 1 but it's not good. I called back later after no other options & asked to come look at the hood. It was near poor condition & rusty where it was sitting in the mud. I ask how much, guy says $150!!!!!!! I offer $100, he talks to lady in office & she says no $150!!!!!!!! FOR A HOOD THEY SAY IS NO GOOD. WHAT A JOKE. SHOP ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU'RE DESPERATE

This was the first time I ever went to the salvage yard was a little hard to find no signs on the building I went for a fuel pump sam the owner gave me a very good deal on it I definitely suggest you go and find your parts here 👍 this is one of those untapped resources a lot of good parts here nobody knows about
