I hate to see these bad reviews! I couldn't be happier! My husband got stuck in the sand on a road last night. I used my allstate app and set up a tow. THEY WERE AMAZING!! we didn't have to pay for it (insurance). The guy was called worm and there was another guy who was crazy tall! They were awesome. Professional and personal! Assured my husband they were gonna get him out. And they were there 5 min after I dispatched them! I think we got lucky with that part, idk but I know who I'm gonna call if this ever happens again! Look how muddy it was!! Thanks guys!!

I had no choice in the matter. I was in a car accident, 2 years later they put a lien on my tag and NEVER contacted me. Sold the car, and charged me 373 dollars AFTER selling it. I sold a truck to someone that had never taken it out of my name, truck was totaled, even after showing notarized bill of sale, they refused to drop charges and they filed lien against me, so unless I paid I could not get tags for my other vehicles. Highway robber!Why do I have to pay for someone else negligence!!

It's extremely disturbing that I was charged over $145.00 just to pull a small sedan out of a ditch and wouldn't even drop it off a couple block to my designated location... If I could possibly give this service a zero (0) star rating I would... I will never use this company or recommend anyone to this thieving company. So dissatisfied!!!

Before they towed my vehicle the damage was not as bad as when I picked it up from impound yard. Truck had grease hand prints all over it and inside. They damaged front lower spoiler also. Had to get a totally separate police report the damage was so bad. I wish I could post pics ....Do not use these people if you value your vehicle in any way....

This company is by far the worst and I mean worst company to deal with, they are dishonest with estimated time and will not look to assist customer in any way. I wish there was a rating lower than 1 star I would give them it. Never go with this company it’s the sorriest tow company in gulf county in my opinion. I waited 2 days for a tow and they still didn’t show up when they said and apparently didn’t care because they had enough business they didn’t need to tow this vehicle. Poor customer service and dispatch help also. If you need reliable tow don’t call or let your insurance or roadside call this company!!

We had recently had a flat tire on our BMW M4 Convertible 2015. The guy came 1 and a 1/2 hours later then he was supposed to. The guy came and didn't even say hi, he word to word said, " Keys Please". He seemed extremely rude. My car is low down scratches can be caused easily while heading up something. I told the dude that that car was low so please be careful and he replies and says, "I got it". Again Disrespectful. Now back track a bit this car is expensive so even minor scratches deteriorate the cars value. The guy goes up the ramp not caring about anything and just goes right up. I hear a pretty loud screech. I was scared out of life that the dude scratched my car. I called him and he still didn't come. He wasn't being at all delicate with the car. He did whatever his mind felt like doing. I literally saw the car roll back a bit because of how crazy he was handling it. Do not go to this place. This is not a safe place for any vehicle the guy was extremely rude and thought he knew everything. He clearly didn't. Now I have to deal with insurance and or the car dealership to get the scratches. But still the service is ridiculously bad. If you have any vehicle rather get it towed by any company but this company. AGAIN SERVICE WAS EXTREMELY BAD. The car is now scratched and just messed up my entire day.
