The customer service is above anything I've seen soo far, the gentleman came out and greeted me, helped me with my scrap and then met me at the window for the return. He was open to talking (incredible communicator) I felt genuinely listened to. After I was done I couldn't find my wallet (slid across my vehicle and fell into a crevice), he was willing to help me go through everything to find my wallet. The customer service went WAY above and beyond and I would recommend absolutely anyone go here for returning metal over any other company. Absolutely amazing

Next gen doing a decent job of it. Great place to drop-off scrap metal for free, or use the weight-through and get paid (if you have more than a couple hundred pounds)! You can also purschase formed steel (ie tube, angle, etc), old road signs for your man-cave, or some scrap steel.for that special project. Watching the BIG magnet (from across Avenue P) is always a good time as well!

Super nice people work here and getting paid cash in hand for large drop offs of iron is a win for me. Their hoe operator that picks iron out of my trailer is excellent. Dropping off small appliances is convenient but to small to pay for. Highly recommend this place.

Brought 10+ loads here now. Cage trailer, flat deck trailer, and dump trailer. Crane operator is very skilled, doesnt wreck anything and is actually concerned for your equipment. If you're a decent driver and can back around tight places you are in and out fast usually unless it's a super busy day, even the staff still tries to help you out as much as possible. Always paid to exact change. Pavement where you drive is kept as clean as possible. 10+loads and never a flat tire or even slow leak due to shrapnel. Really a good place to sell steel too.
