I called in order to ask some questions regarding their service and capabilities as recommended by their website. The individual who answered was exceedingly rude and was barely able to answer my questions. After managing to get my core issue answered, the individual on the other end started insulting me before they even managed to hang up completely. I'm only giving them two stars because I haven't actually used their facilities, though this experience has certainly made that an unlikely outcome.

I took a 325 lb refrigerator to them, it had the weight on a tag right on the back of the unit. When I arrived, a young guy pushed it off my truck, it crashed down on the floor and on its way down cracking a tail light and scratching the bumper. I was told the scales were not working, so they estimated the weight, told me it weighed only 200lbs, I showed him the tag with the weight on it. He told me if I wasn't happy I could load it back on my truck, after it was setting on the floor. It never touched the scales. I took the $20 knowing I was being cheated. They never weighed it, never took any photo of me, never ask for an ID. This place needs shut down they are stealing from people and not following state laws.

My husband called and got a quote on scrap so I took what I had there and when I got there I was given a different price then him. Had I known about the quote before I went I would not have accepted my offer or asked to speak to someone else since there was a big difference.
