I ordered a part for my 1999 Cadillac Eldorado from J and J Wrecking. According to all the information available on the windshield wiper motor it would fit. It was shipping and I got it in two days. As it turns out there were two different wiper motors for the car. The one that had moisture sensibility did not work on my car. The Cadillac mechanic called Andrew at J and J Wrecking. Andrew was so nice and helpful. He immediately told me that he would refund my money and within minutes I had an email confirming the refund. I have never been treated with such courtesy and fairness. I certainly would recommend them 100%.

Yes. I called about a part listed on car part . It was 500. I called you guys to confirm it’s availability. No one called back and then you guys raised the price to $750. I spoke to the same sales rep and said you guys wouldn’t honor original price.

TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE!!! Transmission still hasn’t arrived!! AFTER all of a sudden they say they came and been turned away! WE HAVE CAMERAS AND HAVE NOT SEEN THEM AT ALL!! Called 10x and got hung up on and told they wasn’t coming today due to the fact they didn’t have to because the driver is a INDEPENDENT DRIVER! Was told it was returned to shipper and would have to have it re shipped! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
