    Was friendly. Showed up on time. Payed and I had no problem with phone calls. I would definitely recommend Jim's business to others😁

    Unreliable, he gave me a price of how much I could get for my car that is no longer driveable, very unprofessional told me to text him seemingly he did not want to talk over phone to make any arrangements to pick the vehicle up, the day we first talked over text messages was the only day i heard from him stating he had multiple jobs that day and it would be better for him the next day which I was ok with since people tend to be busy at times,but I asked him mutiple questions of what info he needed to come get the vehicle, and he never responded...so once again very very unreliable and very very unprofessional!!...like some of you said a lot better places in the kalamazoo area to come tow it away....p.s: he lies about the price you will get for your vehicle!!
