Do not recommend, shop managers and mechanics too busy looking at their cell phones. Was their most of day, vehicle in the shop but never worked on. No one spoke to me but one young man who was a car salesman. Buy a GMC, that's what I did.

You'd be greeted as soon as you drive into and start looking around the cars lot. The sales agents (Kirk and Charlie) worked with my budget and got me the car I could afford. The rest of the manager tried to work out the car loan with the bank without any issues. I have felt welcomed, Heard from with the needs I want from the car. Most importantly, being appreciated for my business . Subsenquently, I've came back for car services and maintenance. The repair department manager, Andrew, seems like a sincere guy and patiently answered my questions. He gave honest assessment and not trying to skim anything out from their customers.There is no need to look at anywhere else but here for your car buying and maintenance needs.

I don't normally leave a review but this time I will. Don't buy from them. I went to buy a vehicle from them and even called the day before. I told him what vehicle I was coming for. I show up early and start talking to the sales guy. Before I can even test drive it another salesman comes up and sells it to someone else as I'm standing there. That was a slap in the face. Then they tried to sell me a different one with more miles for the same price. Not the one I came for. So I left went to a different dealership. Got a better deal, more on my trade in and put down less than what they wanted.

The best experience ever. Please go pay Jessica a visit...They (the entire staff) was Extremely, genuinely nice. But the most important thing Jessica was patient with me and she let me explain what I could and could not do even before driving down from Ruston. I highly recommend them and I'm definitely sending family and friends to them. They were God sent

He made the entire process a pleasant and memorable experience. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I feel like I have been completely taken advantage of. I sadly traded a 2013 Ford f 350 that was paid off. I paid $34000 for it in June and it had real low miles!( I was only trading it in because I went through a break up with my long term partner and I was sad that it was ours) I ended up trading straight across for a 2017mustang which had issues right off the lot! A few weeks later I called and told them that I was not happy and would like to get my truck back or something at equal in value. Long story short, one month later the parts are finally in for the mustang and they will give me a trade in for it if I pay $7500!! I already took a $10000 hit for trading the truck! I am so upset and they wouldn’t even try and make it right!
